Research On Clinical Nursing Pathways Of Interventional Therapy For Children With Atrial Septal Defect

Background:Each year about 150-200 thousand congenital heart disease babies are born,which about 10%is atrial septal defect.With the continuous development of interventional technology,interventional treatment of atrial septal defect gradually replaced the traditional thoracotomy surgery,as the treatment of atrial septal defect the best treatment.Interventional treatment with small trauma,recovery block,short hospital stay,fewer complications,has been widely carried out in clinical practice.The systematic care of interventional surgery is an important condition for ensuring the smooth progress of the operation and improving the quality of medical care.However there is no standards about how to cardiac function maintenance,local observation of the wound,prevent and cope with the complications after interventional therapy.Therefore,it is very important to establish a systematic care plan to further standardize the care of atrial septal defect.The clinical nursing path can transform the traditional care into a standardized care plan.In the implementation process,not only can maintain and improve the quality of medical care,reduce health care costs,but also train new nurses,so that in the short term to grasp the care norms,reduce errors.Therefore,the aim of this research is to develop a clinical nursing pathways of pediatric atrial septal defect interventional treatment,to ensure care measures can achieved the anticipated target and improve the quality of medical care within a given time.Objective:To establishment of clinical nursing pathways for interventional treatment of pediatric atrial septal defect.Methods:Carrying out research in April 2016 to February 2017.On the basis of the literature review,the first draft of the clinical nursing pathways of interventional treatment of pediatric with atrial septal defect was established.Then,through the 15 experts in clinical medicine or nursing management,clinical medicine or nursing and nursing education research fields two rounds of Delphi inquiry,the final clinical nursing pathways for interventional treatment of pediatric atrial septal defect was formed.Results:Through the retrieval of nearly 10 years of relevant literature and two rounds of Delphi inquiry,the final pediatric atrial septal defect interventional treatment of clinical nursing pathways was formed.It divided into 3 days,according to the assessment and physical examination,laboratory tests,auxiliary examination,drugs,care measures,diet,activity or comfort,health education,management of complications,special records these 13 items carry out.Conclusion:This research will provide scientific basis for the clinical nursing practice of interventional treatment of pediatric atrial septal defect.
