Objective:To investigate the relationship between immune function state and disease onset, disease degree of patients with hand-foot-and-mouth disease,in order to provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease.Methods:137 children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group, they were divided into mild group(119 cases),severe group(18 cases)according to Hand Foot Mouth Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines(2010 Edition),60 healthy children of the same age at the same period were selected as the control group, then the peripheral venous blood of two groups were collected and the immune state related indexes were detected, the immune indexes including peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets indexes(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,CD19+,CD16+56+)and serum immunoglobulins(IgA,IgM,IgG).Those immune indexes of two groups were compared, and the detection results of children with severity degree(mild and severe)and infection types(EV71 positive and EV71 negative)of hand-foot-and-mouth disease were compared too,and the relationship between immune function state and hand-foot-and-mouth disease were statisticed. Results:The level of CD3+?CD4 +of the severe group ?mild groupwere significantly lower than thecontrol group, with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4 +of the severe group were significantly lower than those of the mild group, with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).CD19+ of severe group, mild group was higher than control group(P <0.05),CD19+ of severe group was higher than mild group(P <0.05).But the CD8+?CD4+/CD8+?CD16+56+ difference were not statistically significant(P >0.05).The level of IgG of the severe group ?mild group was significantly higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P <0.05),But the IgA and IgM difference were not statistically significant(P >0.05);Ig A?IgG and IgM were not signicantly different between mild and severe cases with HFMD(P>0.05).The levels of CD4+ of the EV71 positive group was significantly lower than EV71 negative group, with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).The levels of IgA?IgG?Ig M of the EV71 positive group were significantly higher than EV71 negative group, with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Hand-foot-mouth disease infection child presenting cell and humoral immune function abnormalities, and have some correclation with children' condition to detect serum markers associated help improve the quality of clinical prognosis.2.Worse cell and humoral immunity was found in the children infected by EV71,Worse cell and humoral immunity may mean poor prognosis..
