Objective:Systematically to raise serum Dian decoction combined with western medicine treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia of pharmacodynamic evaluation.Methods:On the computer,with the method of literature retrieval and documents back,look for medical references related to this topic,to retrieve the set of fixed number of year of between 1985 ~ 1985,the scope of the retrieval including PubMed,EMbase,Wanfang data electronic databases,etc.Search words: ITP,primary immune thrombocytopenia,serum purpura soup.In addition,using search engines such as baidu,sogou,360 content on the Web search and related literature,and the reference literatures that have been included in this thesis,to supplement the missing research literature.According to the meta-analysis process in RevMan 5.2,the method calculates the combined RR and 95% confidence intervals,and makes the estimation of sensitivity analysis and publication bias.Results:This research participants included seven,total 474 cases of patients with ITP,Meta analysis results show that raising the serum epilepsy soup treatment group total effective rate of the pure western medicine treatment control group advantages more apparent [RR = 1.23,95% CI(1.17,1.17),P < 0.01],funnel chart published graphic display sex bias is small.At the same time,the peripheral blood platelet count in patients with ITP and produce platelet megakaryocyte value also has good promotion effect,moreover,the long-term curative effect is very obvious,adverse reactions are also relatively small.Conclusion:By comparing with the control agent,the serum purpura soup combined with the western medicine treatment ITP patients had higher efficiency and good tolerance,and the adverse reaction was mild.It can be used as a treatment for patients with ITP.
