Objective: To observe the effect of thyroid surgical posture combined with video laryngoscope on the location of NIM EMG endotracheal tube.Methods: 60 thyroid surgery patients,ASA ?-?,were randomly assigned into three groups,each group have 20 patients,the medicine of anesthesia induction were midazolam 0.05mg/kg ? propofol 2mg/kg,sufentanil 0.05ug/kg ? Rocuronium 0.6mg/kg,60 seconds after anesthesia induction,patients in Group A received endotracheal intubation assisted by laryngoscope,patients in Group B received endotracheal intubation assisted by video laryngoscope,patients in Group C were adopted endotracheal intubation assisted by thyroid surgical posture combined with video laryngoscope,the middle of blue eletrodes was placed at the position of vocal cords,the RLN EMG amplitude?the cases received endotracheal intubation for twice or more and failed to monitor were recorded.Results: The time when TOF value more than 2 in three groups have no statistical difference(p>0.05),compared with Group C,the RLN EMG amplitude in both Group A and Group B decreased significantly(p<0.05),patients need intubate for twice or more in Group A and Group B are more than Group C,the difference have no statistical significance(P>0.05),the patients failed to monitor in Group A and Group B were obvious more than Group C(p<0.05).Conclusion: With the assistance of thyroid surgical posture combined with video laryngoscope,the NIM EMG endotracheal tube could be positioned exactly and can avoid the movement of tube intraoperative.
