| Cervical cancer as a common gynecological malignancy,bringing women’s health significant damage.China has a large population,the incidence of cervical cancer is not low.How to improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients is the common pursuit of domestic and foreign scholars,with the imaging technology,computer technology,molecular biotechnology and other advanced technology development,cervical cancer treatment has been greatly improved,and even the target treatment and biological therapy and other new treatment.Methods: This article discusses the principles and advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods of cervical cancer by consulting a large number of literatures,including surgical treatment,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy and biotherapy.Through the traditional treatment methods and new treatment methods were compared to highlight the treatment of cervical cancer related research progress.Results: The surgical treatment of cervical cancer gradually from the expansion to the retention of organ function,from open surgery to minimally invasive surgery;radiotherapy by two-dimensional radiotherapy into the precise positioning,precise planning,precise treatment of a new era;chemotherapy Included in the comprehensive treatment to improve the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer;drug targeted therapy and biological therapy with the advantages of precise treatment,but the treatment of cervical cancer is still in the initial stage.Conclusion: The treatment of cervical cancer should be based on the patient’s disease stage,pathological type,age,general situation,whether there are fertility requirements,tumor-related factors such as the development of individual treatment programs.Imaging technology,computer technology,molecular biotechnology and other advanced technology development,and promote the treatment of cervical cancer gradually to the precise,individualized.Targeted therapy,biotherapy in the future research will be further developed. |
