Expression And Significance Of Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition Mediated Transcription Factor Twist,ZEB1 And Slug In Follicular Lymphoma

Objective:The expression of Twist,ZEB1 and Slug in follicular lymphoma(FL)and the difference of Twist,ZEB1 and Slug expression in different grades of follicular lymphoma were analyzed.The correlation between Twist,ZEB1 and Slug expression in the patients with follicular lymphoma was analyzed.Objective to investigate the biological role and prognostic value of epithelial mesenchymal transition mediated transcription factor Twist,ZEB1 and Slug in FL.Methods:FL cases were collected from 20076to-2016 in 80 cases,and the control group was treated with diffuse large B cell lymphoma(DLBCL)in 20 cases and reactive hyperplasia(FRH)in 20 cases.The production of tissue chip,and MaxvisionTM2/HRP immunohistochemical methods were used to detect FL,DLBCL and FRH were Twist,ZEB1 and Slug protein expression,and analysis the difference of Twist,ZEB1 and Slug expression and its correlation between different levels of FL.Results:(1)there was no significant difference in the expression of Twist protein between FL group and DLBCL group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between FRH group and control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of FL,grade 1,grade 2 and grade 3(P>0.05).Patients with non node metastasis metastasis were significantly different between cases(P<0.01);(2)there was no significant difference of ZEB1 protein between FL group and DLBCL group(P>0.05),but with positive control group FRH were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the 1 and levels of ZEB1 protein in grade FL and grade 2(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between grade 2 and grade(P>0.05),and the difference between grade 3 and grade(P<0.01)was significant.Patients with non node metastasis metastasis have differences between cases,with statistical significance(P<0.05);(3)there was no significant difference of Slug protein between FL group and DLBCL group(P>0.05),but with positive control group FRH were statistically significant(Table 1)(P<0.05).Slug protein in different grade FL,1 grade and 2 grade had significant difference(P<0.05),the difference between the 2 level and 3 level no significant(P>0.05),and the 1 level and 3 level have significant difference(P<0.05),cases with non node outside the transfer transfer difference between cases((P<0.05);4)there is a positive correlation between the expression of Slug protein and Twist protein,and have statistical significance(r=0.271,P=0.015).Conclusions:(1)Twist,ZEB1 and Slug are involved in epithelial mesenchymal transition(EMT)process can occur in FL and DLBCL tumors(2)and Slug ZEB1 protein plays a role in the development of FL grade,but still need to be further confirmed(3)transfer mechanism Twist,Slug and ZEB1 proteins are involved in FL the tumor(4)Twist and Slug protein positive role in carcinogenesis of FL tumor in the mechanism remains to be further studied.
