Objective:Objective to investigate the choice of extraglissonian approach and intraglissonian approach in selective hepatic inflow occlusion during laparoscopic hemihepatectomyMethods: 41 cases of laparoscopic hemihepatectomy were selected in our hospital from 2013 to 2016.Among them,18 patients in the A group were treated with extraglissonian approach(EGA)to block the hepatic blood flow, and the other patients in group were treated with intraglissonian approach(IGA)to block the blood flow in the B group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative liver function, postoperative hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:There is no significant difference between the two groups of the general data and the benign and malignant diseases(P>0.05).For operative time the EGA group is 294.11 + 38.85 min,IGA group is 321.29 + 48.83 min, there is no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);For surgery bleeding the EGA group is 555.5±206.83 ml,the IGA group is 655.71±282.19 ml,there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);For postoperative hospitalization time the EGA group is 10.44 + 1.51 days, the IGA group is 12.14 + 4.18 days, there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);There is no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative complications and postoperative AST?ALT and TBIL level.(P > 0.05).Conclusions: Total laparoscopic hemihepatectomy is a feasible procedure.performer can choose surgery methods according to the reasonable conditions...
