Background:Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a kind of the inflammatory bowel disease,it's a kind of etiology which is unclear in the rectum and colon of chronic nonspecific disease.Currently,the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease can be summarized as the interaction of various factors,including environmental ? genetic ? infection and immune factors,mainly because of the abnormal immune factors.The therapeutic drugs of ulcerative colitis(UC)is various,The main drugs are amino salicylic acid,corticosteroids and immunomodulators,if necessary,can be combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,ulcerative colitis(UC)with severe complications and canceration of feasible surgical treatment.However,because of the complications of traditional drug treatment,and ulcerative colitis prone to recurrent attacks,with further research,there are more and more new treatment,These include biological agents?micro ecological therapy?fecal microbiota transplantation?stem cell transplantation and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.This article focuses on the treatment of ulcerative colitis in the new treatment of fecal microbiota transplantation,fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)is the transplantation of the fecal microbiota from a healthy donor in to the intestine of a patient via a special way,make the patient restor normal intestinal micro ecology system.However,there are still many problems in the clinical application of the method of fecal microbiota transplantation in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,Such as: the best route of administration? donor selection,?safety problems ?adverse reactions and indications of fecal microbiota transplant and so on.Purpose:Through the review of the treatment of ulcerative colitis,so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment on ulcerative colitis.Method:Method:To search for the key words such as ulcerative colitis ? drug treatment ?Operation ? Fecal mirobiota transplantation,to find out the related research of ulcerative colitis and its classification,treatment effect and safety.Results and conclusions:In recent years,there have been a large number of studies on the treatment of ulcerative colitis:Amino acid drugs are mainly used for the treatment of mild to moderate uc,is a first-line treatment of uc drugs,but also the main drug remission uc;Glucocorticoids are suitable for moderate to severe uc and invalid aminosalicylic acid treatment of mild uc;Immunomodulators are mainly used in patients with hormone refractory or steroid dependent uc;Surgical treatment for patients with severe complications and canceration;Patients with poor efficacy of traditional drug therapy or can not tolerate adverse drug reactions in patients with new treatment options can be selected such us fecal microbiota transplant?micro ecological therapy?stem cell transplantation and so on.
