Evaluation Of Therapeutic Effect Of Manipulation Combined With Core Muscle Training On Pseudospondylolisthesis

Objective: Explore the core muscle group rehabilitation training in the treatment of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis role,to improve the current conservative treatment method of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis.Methods: 30 cases of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis patients,were randomly divided into two groups,15 in each group,the treatment group give manipulation and core stability training,only manual therapy was given in the control group,two groups treated at the same time 4 weeks,observed before and after treatment,the degree of lumbar spondylolisthesis,lumbosacral angle,Oswestry scores and sEMG erector spinae,multifidus muscle AMEG,MF,MPF data.Conclusion: After the two groups treated at the same time 4 weeks,the degree of spondylolisthesis in improving there was no obvious difference between the two groups,but in the lumbar stability reconstruction,treatment group is more effect than the control group,the lumbosacral angle smaller,the form of deep anterior pelvis tilt has improved,living ability improvement.Patients can better adapt to charge of daily life,core muscle fatigue and muscle strength compared with the control group improved significantly.
