With the rapid development of economy in recent years,the fast-paced life has increased the pressure of people and the lifestyle becomes more and more westernized.However,the rapid economic development leads to environment pollution.In these years,smog pollution poses a serious threat to people's health.Along with many potential pathogenic factors,breast cancer,as a kind malignant tumor among women,is increasingly common among young people.As a serious threat to the health of women,the prevention and treatment of the disease is of great significance.By investigating the demand of the major medical institutions,the health consulting,daily diagnosis,preoperative treatment and postoperative follow-up of breast cancer are understood.Most institutions still keep the traditional ways such as making an appointment and writing medical records on paper.Therefore,the real-time and accuracy of medical data are difficult to control.At the same time,the management of medical process has become more difficult.Seeing that the breast cancer will be recovered better if it is detected earlier,this study puts forward a system on the health diagnosis and treatment of patients with breast cancer based on the survey.The designing process of breast cancer health diagnosis and treatment system(HDTS)is mainly introduced in this paper.The following contributions are made:(1)firstly,HDTS collects the information about the medical models and treatment processes of the galactophore department of major medical institutions and achieves a deep understanding of the latest research status of breast cancer treatment at home and abroad.(2)Secondly,through medical questionnaire survey on patients and interview with many famous breast cancer doctors,HDTS understands the actual needs of the users.Besides,according to the professional medical mode and treatment process of doctors,the system is basically divided into six management modules,namely,the health file management module,breast disease clinical survey module,pathological diagnosis and treatment module,two-way referral module,postoperative follow-up treatment module and system management level module.A comprehensive demand analysis is also conducted.(3)Thirdly,based on the professional research and system analysis,the comprehensive frame is designed.The frame includes developmental technologies,operating environment,function module and so on.In addition,the corresponding function chart is drawn.At the same time,database is designed and optimized.(4)Finally,on the basis of system design,the database is designed based on SQL Server 2008 and a health management system targeted at the pathological diagnosis of breast cancer and based on browser/Server is developed through the NET framework.What's more,HATS provides breast cancer patients with health management services on We-Chat platform,which brings convenience to patients in some aspects,such as checking health records,consulting the experts,appointing a medical inspection and getting healthy information.After trial operation,the system has achieved anticipated goals and has realized the following contributions:health records management,breast disease census,pathological management,referral,chemotherapy,postoperative follow-up,review and a series of efficient managements.The system features of this paper are as follows:The defects of the traditional paper-based medical records management are solved,so this provides breast cancer patients with more professional and practical diagnosis;At the same time,We-Chat platform and the web site are provided to adapt to the current users' demand for mobile devices;Through the analysis of the pathological data of breast cancer patients based on the medical records,visual excavation is realized,which provides the breast clinicians with more accurate decision-making support.In the future,the system will apply data mining techniques to the diagnosis and treatment,which will provide more effective rules and patterns,thus realizing the associated excavation and research of the pathological information on breast disease.In this way,the diagnostic and treatment decision-making of doctors will be supported and the risk of breast cancer will be predicted and analyzed so as to provide scientific basis for further research.
