Expression Of CD117,DOG-1,and CD34 In Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumours And Prognostic Analysis

Objective: To evaluate CD117,CD34 and DOG-1 in gastrointestinal stromal tumor expression,to analyze the impact of specific identification of these proteins in tumor and the survival rate of patients at high risk for prediction.Methods: a retrospective analysis of Wangnan Medical College yijishan hospital August 2011-2015 since September after 133 cases of pathology of gastrointestinal stromal tumor patients,and using the method of immunohistochemical detection of GISTs in patients with CD117,the expression of CD34 and DOG-1 markers,the analysis of chemical indexes of immune tissues and clinical pathological factors(by using SPSS19.0 software types of sex,age,location,tumor size,mitotic organization)correlation and risk degree.Results: among 70 cases of male patients,63 female patients,the ratio of 1:0.9.The onset time of 2 days-a few months.patients aged at least 41 years,the oldest was 86 years old,the median age was 64 years old,and through statistical calculation,and the age of CD117,CD34,DOG-1 was not significant(P > 0.05).GIST occurred in the gastrointestinal tract.In this study,the stomach accounted for 80 cases(60.15%),followed by the small intestine in 37 cases(27.81%).Colorectal intestinal in 13 cases(9.77%),3 cases were finally intraperitoneal or mesangial parts(2.25%).The spindle cells under microscope cell type in the main type in 86 cases,epithelioid type in 25 cases,22 cases of mixed type;immunohistochemical CD117 positive rate was 96.24%(128 / 133),positive the rate of CD34 90.2%(120 / 133),the positive rate of DOG-1 was 90.2%(120 / 133).133 patients were followed up 17 months to 69 months,34 cases were lost,25 cases of tumor recurrence,14 cases of other causes of death,60 cases had.According to the National Institutes of Health(N I H)the GIST risk classification(2008)for malignant degree(Table 2),very low risk in 26 cases(20%),38 cases of low risk(29%),27 cases of middle risk(20%)and 42 cases of high risk(31%).The relationship between DOG-1 expression and tumor histological types had significant difference(P=0.005),the relationship between CD34 expression and tumor location had significant difference(P=0.026).CD117 in the survival curve,CD34,and DOG had no statistical significance(P > 0.05),but the positive expression of DOG-1(P=0.096)patients had longer survival time.Conclusion: CD117,CD34,DOG-1 can complement each other to improve the diagnostic rate of GIST patients.the morphological characteristics of tumor has great relevance to the prediction of stromal tumor patient survival time,for each situation in-depth analysis to predict the survival of patients plays a key role,which may provide help for the treatment of the future.
