Objective.To investigate the safrty the safety and feasibility of ethanol concentration notation in transurethral prostatic gasification intraoperative,and dicuss the correlation of ethanol concentration in breath and perfusion fluid absorption,and the necessity of monitor perfusion fluid absorption in the operation.Methods.Randomly selected 60 patients accord with a standard of patients with hyperplasia of prostate and divided into two groups.One group do the transurethral plasma kinetic resection,the other do the 1470 nm semiconductor laser resection of the prostate gasification.Concentration of 1% ethanol Isotonic saline as the perfusion fluid.Use the alcohol tester test the the ethanol concentration at the end of the breath every ten minutes.According to the formula of Hahn,convert the ethanol concentration to the ethanol concentration in the blood.Assessment of perfusion fluid absorption in the operation,measure HB ? HCT ? K+ ? NA+ ?CL+?PH and carbon dioxide binding force,observe the above parametersever have changed and whether transurethral resection syndrome(TURS)and side effects occured.results.All of the 60 patients accept the ethanol concentration determination,the side effects did not happen and not induce allergies and cardiovascular and pulmonary disease.This suggests that the ethanolconcentration notation predict perfusionfluid absorption in transurethral prostatic gasification intraoperative is safety.We detected the ethanol concentration in thetransurethral plasma kinetic resection patients.According to the formula of Hahn,the rinses uptake is 48.6-2650 ml,2 of the patients appeared TURS.And we did not detect the ethanol concentration in the 1470 nm semiconductor laser resection of the prostate gasification patients.conclusion.Using the ethanol concentration notation predict perfusion fluid absorption in transurethral prostatic gasification intraoperative was safe and feasible.Add a certain concentration of ethanol in the flushing fluid,and the rinses absorption into the bloodstream through the circulation,we can test the the ethanol concentration at the end of the breath.According to the formula of Hahn,calculating the perfusion fluid absorption.1470 nm semiconductor laser has good tissue ablation and hemostatic effect.Also perfusion fluid has a little absorption in the 1470 nm semiconductor laser resection of the prostate gasification.But due to individual differences and the patients with comprehensive factors,if we want to know the exect absorption which accured TURS,a large number of cases of specimens are needed.In the patients of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia,most of them are high-risk patients,of these patients,heart and lung function are declined,if we use the ethanol concentration notation predict perfusion fluid absorption can observe the harmful effects of heart and lung which caused by the lavage fluid absorption.This can terminate the surgery or implement active treatment timely and reduce the risk of perioperative patients effectively.
