The Influence Of Some Environment Factors On The Sexual Precocious

Objective: Through the questionnaire survey,studies the environmental factors that affect sexual precocious children,prevent the happening of the sexual precocious children for the future to provide scientific theory basis.Methods: The study by collecting Yijishan hospital affiliated to wannan medical college first pediatric clinic diagnosed of precocious children,according to the ministry of health of the People's Republic of China,precocious puberty diagnostic criteria of the development of the guidelines,will conform to the standard of 100 cases children as a group,according to their age,sex ratio choose 100 cases of healthy children as control group,the unification of the adopt the self-designed questionnaire,truthfully fill in by children or the patient's guardian,according to a report in the literature of related factors questionnaire content from the diet habit,illumination,sport,entertainment and so on aspects to carry on the design investigation,7 question survey,including whether love meat,Fried food of high quantity of heat,anti-season vegetables and fruits,whether regular exercise,sleep whether to turn on the light,if often use or access to adult cosmetics,whether like romance.Results: According to the data of two groups show that regular consumption of meat,Fried food of high quantity of heat,anti-season vegetables and fruits,don't exercise regularly,turn on the light sleep,often use or access to adult cosmetics,like romance seven factors in two groups with statistical difference(P < 0.05);according to the results of Logistic regression analysis often eat meat(OR = 3.625),Fried food of highquantity of heat(OR = 6.662),anti-season vegetables and fruits(OR = 2.158),often turn on the light sleep(OR = 5.327),often use or access to adult cosmetics(OR = 2.601),often watch romance(OR = 2.396)are becoming the main risk factors,which often eat meat,Fried food of high quantity of heat,often turn on the light sleep are becoming highly dangerous factor(OR > 3.0);Regular exercise(OR = 0.608)and are becoming negative correlation occurs,for the protective factors are becoming.Conclusion: 1.Through the questionnaire survey,regular consumption of meat,Fried food of high quantity of heat,anti-season vegetables and fruits,often turn on the light sleep,often use or access to adult cosmetics,often see romance in the pathogenesis and the sexual precocious,which often movement happened are becoming protection factors.2.In our daily life as far as possible for decreasing the occurrence of precocious puberty induced factors,how to take part in physical exercise,attaches great importance to the precocious puberty happens cause,reduce the incidence of sexual precocity children and the harm.
