Objective: To study the head and neck squamous cell carcinomas and significance levels of immune cells before and after operation.Methods: The study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 52 patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma who underwent head and neck surgery from Guangxi Cancer University in January 2015 to January 2017.During the same period,Fifty-two healthy subjects of the hospital-attached tumor hospital were selected as the control group.Flow cytometry was used to compare the control group and the control group and the first 3 days after operation,the 7th day after the operation,the 14 th day after the operation and the 21 st day after the operation CD4+ cells,CD8+ cells,CD19 + cells and natural killer cells(NK cells)and CD4+ / CD8+ ratio in the peripheral blood CD3 + cells.Result: 1.Cases patients level of CD4 + and NK cells were significantly lower than healthy subjects,and CD19 + cells were significantly increased(P <0.05);2.Cases patients with postoperative 7 d peripheral blood lymphocytes of CD8 +,CD19 + significantly lower than before(P < 0.05),CD3 +,CD4 +,level of NK cells and CD4 + / CD8 + ratio was significantly higher than that of preoperative(P < 0.05);3.Cases of postoperative patients with 14 d peripheral blood lymphocytes CD3 +,CD4 +,level of NK cells and CD4 + / CD8 + ratio was significantly higher than that of preoperative(P < 0.05),CD8 +,CD19 + cells were significantly lower than the preoperative(P< 0.05);4.21 d postoperatively in patients with cases of peripheral blood lymphocytes CD3 +,CD4 +,the level of NK cells and CD4 + / CD8 + ratio was significantly higher than that of preoperative(P < 0.05),CD8 +,CD19 + cells were significantly lower than the preoperative(P < 0.05);5.After 14 d level of NK cells from postoperative 7 d significantly increased(P < 0.05),the rest of the group of no statistical difference(P >0.05);6.Postoperative CD19 + 21 d of peripheral blood lymphocytes,NK cells were significantly higher than 7 d after surgery(P <0.05),and CD8 + below 7 d after surgery(P < 0.05);7.Cases postoperatively in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinomas(14 d and 21 d of peripheral blood lymphocytes CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD19 +,the level of NK cells and CD4 + / CD8 + ratio no statistical difference;8.? ~ ? period of peripheral blood lymphocytes CD3 +,CD4 + cells below ? ~ ? period(P <0.05),and CD8 + cells were significantly increased(P < 0.05);9.With lymph node metastasis of peripheral blood lymphocytes CD3+,CD4+,CD4+ /CD8+cells were significantly reduced(P < 0.05),CD8 +,CD19+ cells were significantly increased(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The results showed that: 1,compared with healthy people,head and neck squamous cell carcinoma patients with preoperative cell immune level is relatively low;2,surgical resection of the tumor,the head and neck squamous cell carcinoma of the cell immune level can be gradually improved;3,late,Lymph node metastasis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma patients with low levels of cellular immunity,suggesting that head and neck squamous cell carcinoma of the cell immune level and clinical stage,with or without lymph node metastasis.
