Study Pseudocapsule Surround HCC With Histopathological Grade

Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value on CT and MRI of the pseudocapsule characteristics of Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)for histopathological grade.Methods: 564 cases on CT and MRI imaging data from June 2013 to December 2014 were analysed,All patients confirmed HCC which include pathological differentiation degree by surgery and fine-needle biopsy,including male 484 cases,female 80 cases who were aged between 18-80 years old,and mean age was 49 years old.CT and MRI imaging findings of pseudocapsule surround HCC were observed,which include the pseudocapsule surround HCC had or not,completed or not,and the most obvious strengthening period on dynamic enhanced scan,analyzed the correlation of the pseudocapsule of HCC with histopathological grade.Statistical software use SPSS22.0.Results: The detection rate of pseudocapsule surround HCC on CT and MRI was statistical significance(P<0.05).Different diameters of tumor include small hepatocellular carcinoma(?3cm),nodular hepatocellular carcinoma(> 3 cm,?5cm),huge hepatocellular carcinoma(> 5 cm)three groups,the pseudocapsule had or not,completed or not on CT and MRI scan,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Pathological differentiation degree includ?type(high and high to medium differentiation of liver cancer),? type(medium and medium to low differentiation cancer of liver cancer),? type(low differentiation,low differentiation to undifferentiated and undifferentiated of liver cancer)three groups,the complete rate of pseudocapsule surround HCC between groups was quite different,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were statistical significance between the most obvious strengthening of pseudocapsule surround HCC on arterial phase and portal venous phase,arterial phase and delay phase on CT and MRI with the three types of histopathological grade(P<0.05).Conclusion: The detection rate of pseudocapsule on CT and MRI examination,MRI is superior to CT;The greater the lesions is,the higher the detection rate and the more incomplete of pseudocapsule surround HCC;The complete rate of pseudocapsule is more lower,the pathological differentiation degree also more lower;The most obvious strengthening of pseudocapsule surround HCC on arterial phase,the more likely pathological differentiation degree of HCC will lower.
