Objective:To explore the clinical features of newly diagnosed patients with ?-aminobutyric acid-B receptor(GABABR)antibodies.Methods:Clinical data of three patients with GABABR antibodies was retrospectively reviewed and evaluated.Results:Three patients with anti-GABABR antibody presented a subacute onset.Two patients began with seizures;one patient began with headache and fever.There were hyperintensive signal in T2/FLAIR in two patient's limbic system.All cases had abnormal EEG showing diffuse slow wave.One patient complicated with cervical cancer.One patient got better after received immunotherapy,and one had improvement after antiviral therapy.Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of Anti-GABABR encephalitis are lack of specificity.The disease is easy to misdiagnosis.Early screeningfor GABABR antibodies is very important because anti-GABABR encephalitis usually respond well to immunotherapy.
