Surgical Treatment Of Pulmonary Thromboembolism By Cardiopulmonary Bypass Under Mild Hypothermiaand Low Flow

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of pulmonary artery endarterectomy under cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)with cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)under mild hypothermia and low flow rate.Methods: a retrospective analysis was performed on 16 patients with pulmonary embolism in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January2012 to December 2015.Results: the pulmonary artery systolic pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance were lower than before,and the arterial oxygen saturation,arterial partial pressure of oxygen,cardiac output and cardiac index were higher than before.Conclusion: Surgical treatment is a safe and effective method for the treatment of acute massive pulmonary embolism in patients with chronic pulmonary embolism and medical treatment.
