Serum CyPA Level Change In Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction Disease And Its Value Of Clinical Prognosis

Objective: To analyze the change of cyclophilin A(CyPA)in patients who have coronary heart disease(CHD),and compare the level of cyclophilin A(CyPA)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)with the pro-BNP ? left ventricular(LV)and left ventricular jection fraction(LVEF),then discuss the clinical the CyPA level changes,significance and found predictive value in patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods: Firstly,to select 60 inpatients in The people's hospital of guang xi zhuang autonomous region as the object of study from Mar.1 st 2016 to sep.1 st2016,while 30 cases of stable angina and 30 cases of suspected coronary artery disease were treated as normal control group will be selected as control groups in the same period.Serum levels of cyclophilin A(CyPA)were detected by ELISA.All data were analysed by SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software.It is statistically significant when the P<0.01.Seconly,Further analysis the patients with AMI,All patients undergoing percutaneous(PCI)in 12 hours,according tothe status of infarct related artery within 6 hours whom were devided into6-hourpatency group and 6-hour occluded group;The levels of plasma pro-BNP were measured at 24 hours?10days after admission and echocardiography with left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were performed in all patients at within 1 months and at 3months after admission.Then to prepare the relationship between the serum levels of CyPA with the Gensini score?pro-BNP?left ventricu ar(LV)and leftventricular jectionfraction(LVEF),depict the cypa ROC curve in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and evaluating the diagnostic value and the critical point in myocardial infarction(AMI).Results: 1.The serum concentration of cyclophilin A in patients with CHD was higher than those in the Coronary artery normal groups(P<0.01).2..The serum concentration of cyclophilin A in the patients with AMI groups is higher than those in the Coronary artery normal groups and SAP groups(P<0.01);3.The serum CyPA in 6-hourpatency group is significantly higher than those in6-hour occluded group(P<0.01);4.The serum CyPA in patients with AMI had satisfactory dependability with the Gensini scores?the levels of plasma pro-BNP were measured at 10 days after admission and the left ventricular end-diastoli diameter(LV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)at 1 month?3months after admission,their toemcient correlation were(r:0.661,p<0.001)(r:0.792,p<0.001)(r:0.906,p<0.001)(r:0.839 P<0.001)(r:-0.877,P<0.001)(r:-0.792,P<0.001),;while did not had satisfactory dependabilitywith the pro-BNP were measured within 24 hours.Conclusion: 1.The serum CyPA levels were highest in the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),then the CyPA levels in stable angina was higher than those in the control group;The change of the serum CyPA indicates the diagnosis of CHD in some degree,especially in the patients with AMI;2.The CyPA was the highest in acute myocardial infarction,significantly higher than the stable angina,which suggested that CyPA plays an important role in the formation of atherosclerosis plaque formation.3.The level of serum cyclophilin A in 24 hour after acute anterior myocardial infarction had relation with the heart function in the future and LVRM;wicth may be an independent risk factor in the infaust prognosis of acute myocardial infarction.
