Therapeutic Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Puring Lung And Eliminating Phlegm In The Treatment Of Stroke Associated Pneumonia

Objective: This study adopts xiefei phlegm cough acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke associated pneumonia(stroke associated pneumonia SAP),by observing the clinical symptoms of the patients before treatment,and after treatment(fever,cough,sputum),signs(rales),inflammatory index(WBC count,CRP,PCT)and lung imaging(lung CT)changes,judge the curative effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cough SAP,and acupuncture,Traditional Chinese medicine combined with the treatment of SAP to provide practical,effective,and safe method for the characteristics of TCM advantages.Methods: 40 cases of SAP patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1,the control group(n = 20),treatment group(n = 40),a total of 40 cases.The control group received conventional treatment and rehabilitation of acupuncture,the treatment group based on the treatment in control group,with xiefei phlegm acupuncture and cough with phlegm purging lung "oral or nasal feeding,2weeks for 1 courses,2 courses of treatment.Before treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the patients after treatment,symptoms,changes of lung CT WBC count,PCT,CRP,NISS score and Barthel index change Between the two groups,the indexes were compared in the group,and statistical analysis.Count data were selected(` x+ s)said,with t test,measurement data by χ2 test.The observation results,if P<0.05 said there are differences,if P<0.01 indicates a significant difference,if P> 0.05 is that there is no difference at the same time.In the course of treatment,observe,record and analyze the occurrence of adverse events..Result1.Comparison of clinical efficacy:After treatment,The control group of 20 SAP patients,6 cases were cured,3cases markedly effective,6cases effective,5 cases ineffective,the total efficiency was75%;and the treatment group of 20 cases of SAP patients,10 cases were cured,7 cases markedly effective,2 cases effective,1 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of treatment group is 95%.The treatment group efficiency was better the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome symptom integral:After 2 weeks after treatment,the control group and the treatment of TCM symptoms total score and individual score before treatment were dominant decreased(P < 0.05),while the total integral comparison between the two groups have statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment,the total symptom score and individual integral of two groups before treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.01),were compared with significant difference(P<0.01);The comparison of different treatment group,treatment group and TCM symptom score were significantly lower in control(P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group.3.Comparison of two groups of patients the degree of neural function defect score:Before treatment,two groups of patients with NIHSS score,Barthel index,there was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05);After 2 weeks treatment,the control group and the treatment group NIHSS score decreased,Barthel index increased,both before treatment were significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups were compared,there was no significant differences(P>0.05);After the end of treatment,two groups of NIHSS score decreased,Barthel index increased,both before treatment were significant(P<0.01),there was significant difference between the groups(and P<0.05)in comparison of different treatment group in the control group,NIHSS score,Barthel index had significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group had significant difference(P<0.01),showed that the treatment group improved in patients with neurological symptoms and improve the quality of life significantly better than the control group.4.Comparison of the results of inflammatory markers between the two groups before and after treatment Before treatment,two groups of patients with inflammatory markers(WBC,PCT,CRP) compared with no significant statistical difference(P>0.05),comparable.After 2weeks of treatment,the treatment group and the control group WBC count,PCT,CRP before treatment were dominant decreased(P<0.05),and between the two groups of PCT,WBC count,CRP phase comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05);after 4weeks of treatment,two groups of WBC count,PCT,CRP before treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.01),were compared with significant difference(P<0.01);comparison of different treatment group,control group,WBC count,PCT,CRP were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly lower(P<0.01).The results showed that with the progress of treatment,the treatment group can accelerate the condition improved,reducing the inflammatory index was significantly higher than the control group.5.Safety evaluation No cases of 5 in this study,40 SAP patients completed the treatment.The two groups of patients before and after the test,stool routine,electrocardiogram showed no abnormalities.Liver and kidney function were compared between the two groups before and after the test,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Acupuncture combined with purging lung and resolving phlegm prescription in the treatment of stroke associated pneumonia clinical curative effect,to improve the clinical symptoms,signs and promote the rehabilitation of neurological function,improve the quality of life has certain advantages2 This study suggests that the treatment of stroke associated pneumonia is effective in the treatment of stroke associated pneumonia3 Acupuncture combined with purging lung and resolving phlegm prescription has a high safety in the treatment of stroke associated pneumonia,which is worthy of further promotion.
