Objective: To analyze the effect of rehabilitation exercise under the guidance of different ideas on the functional rehabilitation of patients with intertrochanteric fractures and to confirm the principle of "static and dynamic balance" and the principle of AO painless exercise under the guidance of these two different ideas Whether there is a difference in the rehabilitation effect of hip joint after PFNA in femoral intertrochanteric fractures, and provide a more systematic and effective method for rapid rehabilitation of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods: The clinical data of 72 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated by June 2014 to June 2016 were analyzed in people's Hospital of Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu. The clinical data of PFNA internal fixation patients were divided into study group according to double-blind method.(36 cases)and the control group(36 cases). In the study group,36 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures underwent rehabilitation under the "static and dynamic balance" principle.Among the 36 patients,19 were male and 17 were female;the age was 60-89 years,Of which 8 patients aged 60-69 years of age,20 patients aged 70-79 years of age,8 patients aged 80-89 years of age;cause of injury: 2 cases of fall injury,25 cases of falls,9 cases of traffic accidents;femoral intertrochanteric fracture AO classification: 7 cases of A1 type,20 cases of A2 type,9 cases of A3 type.36 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the control group were treated with autonomic rehabilitation under the principle of AO painlessness.Of the 36 patients in the control group,20 were male and 16 were female;the age was 60-89 years,Of which 9 patients in the age of 60-69 years of age,21 patients aged 70-79 years of age,6 patients aged 80-89 years of age;causes of injury: 6 cases of fall injury,20 cases of falls,10 cases of traffic accident injury;femoral intertrochanteric fracture AO classification: 10 cases of A1 type,21 cases of A2 type,5 cases of A3 type. The Harris score of hip joint, the excellent rate of hip joint activity and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between two groups of femoral intertrochanteric fractures, and the effect of postoperative rehabilitation exercise was evaluated. Results: The Harris score and the excellent rate of hip joint were(91.34 ± 6.87)and 88.89% in the 36 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures. The 36% of the femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated with PFNA internal fixation(79.18 ± 11.69)and 66.67%,respectively.Compared with the control group, the excellent rate of hip joint activity in 36 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,36 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with PFNA internal fixation in patients with muscle tendon soft tissue adhesions, joint stiffness, and other complications were significantly lower. There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion: The effect of "static and dynamic balance" on the rehabilitation of femoral intertrochanteric fractures after PFNA fixation is superior to that of AO painless patients. It is helpful to further promote PFNA internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fractures Of the hip function recovery,to a large extent to reduce the incidence of a series of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients,"static and dynamic balance" under the guidance of intertrochanteric fractures PFNA postoperative rehabilitation exercise is a safe, simple And effective rapid rehabilitation methods,it is worth in the clinical first-line health care work to promote the use of.
