| Objective: To impose an acute exhaustive exercise on male undergraduates who have the early repolarization on electrocardiogram(ECG).The aim of this study was to investigate the feasibility of using early repolarization as a risk for acute cardiovascular disease during exercising based on the changes of ECG and cardiovascular risk-related biochemical indexes. Methods: Twenty male subjects were selected from Beijing Sport University and all of them are not athletes.Eleven subjects had early repolarization when resting(ER)and the others’ ECGs were normal(Non-ER).Providing the classic Bruce exercise program, and heart rate, blood pressure, and electrocardiographic changes were recorded.Drew blood for 5 ml pre-exercise,after exercise for 6 and 24 hours, and tested the level of myocardial injury inflammatory, such as cTnI,cTnT,CK-MB and hs-CRP.The changes of ECG were summarized by descriptive statistical methods. The differences of myocardial injury’s biomarkers intra-and inter-group were analyzed by repeated measurement and independent T-test.Results: The phenomenon of J point elevation and ST segment oblique elevation disappeared for the majority of the ER group during exercise, only one subject’s ends of QRS wave are notching and slurring in presence obviously.Meanwhile, there were two subjects’ had a transient inflammatory abnormality.Besides, blood pressure,ECG and inflammatory of myocardial injury of all the subjects from Non-ER group did not change abnormally. Conclusions: Some subjects of the ER group showed abnormal change on ECG and inflammatory of myocardial injury when exercised, while there was not find a case of abnormal changes in Non-ER,which suggesting that early repolarization as a predictable risk of cardiovascular risk, need to add Large sample to be confirmed. |
