Study On Prescriptions And Drugs For Common Diseases Of The Liver System About Doctors Of Four Meng He Families

AIMThis paper through the systematic study of Meng He four families doctors' medical records,including Fei-Boxiong Fei-ShengFu Ma-Peizhi Chao-Chongshan Chao-Weifang Ding-Ganren.F ocus on the understanding of the common disease treatment of liver.To explore the treatment and medication of these doctors for common diseases,liver system,and to understand the situation of incidence of liver diseases in Jiangsu.METHODSCollecting and classifying medicine records in liver disease cases from"Meng He Si Jia Medical Collections".Formulating catalog of reference books,inclusion and exclusion criteria.Frequency statistics,correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze the typical cases,To study the regional characteristics of the treatment of liver common diseases of Meng He four families doctors.(2)jaundice prescription involving a total of 111 herbs per prescription drug use(500/49),about 10.2 kinds of Buxu drugs,diaphoretic,phlegm and antiasthmatic,antipyretic,pingganxifeng drugs,diuresis medicine,sedative drugs,regulating qi,blood stasis,warm in medicine etc.the main.(3)hypochondriac pain prescription involving a total of 153 herbal medicines per prescription drug use,an average of about 12.49(662/53),to taste the tonic medicine,relieving cough and asthma medicine,Qi medicine,antipyretic,blood stasis and dampness medicine,relieving drugs,sedative drugs mainly.RESULTSThrough sorting,this study collected 41 cases of treating vertigo,50 prescriptions,medicine 568;43 cases of jaundice,49 prescriptions,medicine 500 times;treatment of hypochondriac pain 43 cases,46 prescriptions,medicine 662 times,a total of 127 cases,145 prescriptions,medication time 1730,using Excel software for statistical analysis of the data processing,frequency analysis on drug use of vertigo,jaundice,hypochondriac pain in multiple prescription.The results showed that:(1)vertigo involving a total of 111 flavors of Chinese medicine prescription,the average per prescription drug use(568/44),about 12.91 kinds of Buxu drugs,Pinggan Xifeng drugs,expectorant antiasthmatic,medicine,solutions of antipyretic,diuresis medicine,Qi medicine,sedative drugs,drug digestion etc.Book retrieval system or tool after inspection found that there are 37 kinds of drugs with the repair of hepatic injury,hepatic fibrosis,antagonistic antagonistic liver toxicity,liver and gallbladder jaundice effect:diaphoretic(Ge Gen,ginger,pale chrysanthemum;antipyretic,fermented black bean)(Fructus Gardeniae,Radix Scutellariae,radix paeoniae rubra,day pollen,forsythia,Rehmannia),Xuan Can(Qin Qiu);rheumatism medicine;wet medicine(Atractylodes,Hou Pu);dampness medicine(Yin Chen,Poria,Alisma,Plantago,Coix,Polyporus,talc);warm in medicine(aconite);Qi medicine(tangerine peel,Radix Aucklandiae,malt,rose);hemostatic medicine(RI);blood stasis(Salvia,Achyranthes root,safflower,peach seed,Rhizoma Corydalis,Radix Curcumae);tonic medicine(Atractylodes,jujube,ginseng,Bai Shao).Dizziness,jaundice,hypochondriac pain in the relevant medical records accounted for a lot of drugs,each accounted for 29.75%,13.80%,21.30%.CONCLUSIONAfter relevant to this research literature provisions were summarized,and the results showed that the onset of physical diseases of liver piansheng partial failure,internal injuries,maladjustment of work and rest,diet and so on.(1)the pathogenesis of vertigo(deficiency of Yang and Yin,Qi and blood),wind(wind,wind,fire,phlegm,dampness),pathological changes and nothing more than two.Vertigo disease in Qingqiao,but is closely related with the liver,the liver is the organ of the wind wood,active up,if the liver and kidney yin deficiency,Yin Wei Yang,water does not contain wood,Yang vertigo and dizziness in anger or violence;,with head fire disturbance is made for vertigo.The treatment of yin and Yang,regulating the tonic diarrhea is the principle,when the deficiency of nourishing liver and kidneys,tonifying qi and blood;positive when Pinggan Qianyang Qinggan xiehuo.(2)jaundice and the pathogenesis of wind,fire,dampness,blood stasis,yin deficiency,(Yin,Yang,Qi and blood),the main pathogenesis is spleen dampness,Yang Huang to damp heat and pestilence,Yin Huang to spleen deficiency in the treatment of damp heat,dampness,and the urine for the principle,Yang Huang when clearing heat and dampness,Tongli Fu Qi,spleen yin Huang when the temperature and light penetration dampness.(3)hypochondriac pain associated with the pathogenesis of wind,cold,wet,fire,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency(Yin,Yang,Qi and blood),the main pathogenesis is the liver meridian and with no pain,empirical,deficiency in not glory pain,treatment with liver qi and relieving pain.The principle of real evidence when liver qi,clearing heat and removing dampness,removing blood stasis collaterals,nourishing liver yin and deficiency when.
