In recent years,due to the gradual opening of the second child policy,the incidence of newborns and mortality has been increasing,fetal heart sound monitoring help doctors understand the physical status of the fetus in the womb,which can be targeted treatment of patients.In general,the heart of the body is able to reflect a person's physical condition,The equipment of portable electronic fetal heart sound monitoring can be real-time monitoring the status of pregnant women and fetuses and as soon as possible to reduce the occurrence of medical treatment which lead to irreparable situation due to not timely.However,it will greatly affect the clinical diagnosis to the accuracy of extracting PCG signal via the equipment of fetal heart rate monitoring.We propose a method to decompose the signal to be processed by using the empirical mode(EMD)method,decompose a number of intrinsic mode function(IMF)and select the components containing the objective function,and then use the blind source separation method to filter Of the IMF component to denoise the processing algorithm.The denoising performance of the proposed method is better than that of wavelet transform and mathematical morphology denoising.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduces the research significance of the thesis,Fetal heart rate signal monitoring can reduce fetal morbidity and mortality.At the same time,We made a detailed description about the development of fetal heart rate monitoring technology and the development and evolution of fetal heart rate monitoring at home and abroad.(2)How to produce fetal heart sounds is introduced in detail,and the FPCG are mixed by four heart sound signals.The time-frequency characteristics of these heart sounds are introduced.It is helpful to choose the correct denoising method to denoise the collected sound signals of fetal heart sounds.(3)This paper expounds the basic idea of several methods for the elimination of fetal heart sounds,and the main methods of denoising are wavelet transform denoising,mathematical morphology denoising,empirical mode layered denoising and blind source separation denoising.(4)A set of processes on the fetal heart sound signal from collecting,denoising and feature recognition of the fetal heart sound to fetal heart rate calculation is relatively perfect,and propose an algorithm which layering the signal by EMD decomposition algorithm,and then using blind source separation method to denoise the layered signal.In this process,according to the procedure of EMD decomposition,the defects of EMD are analyzed and eliminated.And the method of this paper is compared with the wavelet transform denoising,the morphological denoising.The results show that the signal denoising method performance better.
