Objective:Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide.Among CVD,a substantial proportion of patients comes from stable coronary artery disease(SCAD).Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are endogenous RNAs that contain over 200 nucleotides.Recently, lncRNAs have emerged as important players in the pathogenesis of CVD,and can emerged as a potential biomarker, especially in the area of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).However, little is known about the field of SCAD patients. We found the lncRNA ENST00000418539.1 which underwent microarray analysis.Through the Gene ontology(GO)and Pathway projects, which describe the lncRNAs in terms of biological processes, cellular components and molecular functions,we consider that the lncRNA ENST00000418539.1 may play an vital role in the regulation of blood pressure and pathogenesis of SCAD.Whether or not ENST00000418539.1 can become the most potential biomarker candidate. The objective of this study is to mensurate the expression level of ENST00000418539.1 in SCAD patients and health controls,to analyze the association with the risk factors of SCAD,to determine the potential significance in the diagnosis of SCAD.Methods: In the present studies,65 SCAD patients and 40 health controls were enrolled. All participants from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were enrolled between December 2014 and December 2015.The expression levels of monocytes lncRNA were qualified by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).To expore the value of the expression of ENST00000418539.1 in the diagnosis of SCAD.Results: The expression levels of lncRNA ENST00000418539.1 were significantly up-regulated in SACD patients compared with controls and were significantly correlated with SCAD risk factors including ApoA1 and ApoA1/ApoB.The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)indicated that the lncRNA ENST00000418539.1 could be used as diagnostic biomarkers for SCAD.Conclusion: The increased expression levels of lncRNA ENST00000418539.1 are associated with risks of SCAD.Circulating lncRNA ENST00000418539.1 has emerged as a potential biomarker in diagnosing SCAD patients.
