To Explore The Developmental Dysplasia Of The Hip In Patients With Postoperative Hip Knee Joint Pathological Changes And Solutions

Objective:Study on adult developmental dysplasia of the hip Hip Arthroplasty in patients after hip knee joint residual valgus problem solving method Method: From January 2015 to 2016 12 months 25 cases of developmental dysplasia of the hip with total hip replacement in the treatment of dysplasia were randomly divided into two groups,one group were treated with hip replacement and iliotibial band lysis,another group will not release.25 cases were female.The femoral tibial angle,knee joint X-ray tibiofemoral angle,Harris score and KSS score system-also referred to as the AKS score(score about the knee system made in 1989 by the American Knee Society)as the evaluation criteria.Result: Two groups of patients with postoperative knee KSS score were lower than preoperative Harris hip score were significantly increased,two groups of patients with hip knee valgus deformity were compared with preoperative residual symptoms increased,but after the release of the iliotibial band surgery patients,postoperative femoral tibial angle angle is increased no patients loose Iliotibial solutions significantly reduced.The difference before and after surgery was statistically significant p<0.001.Conclusion:Adult developmental dysplasia of the hip Hip Arthroplasty in patients not iliotibial band lysis in patients after hip knee joint residual valgus deformity symptoms did not improve significantly even aggravate,hip symptoms,knee score decreased.But the adult developmental dysplasia of the hip with total hip arthroplasty and iliotibial tract neurolysis of patients with knee valgus much relief and hip pain,activity disorder symptoms,Harris score and KSS score increased significantly,adult developmental dysplasia of hip arthroplasty in patients at the iliotibial band neurolysis for adult developmental dysplasia of the hip Hip Arthroplasty in patients after hip knee joint residual valgus problem has a good effect of the hip,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and at the same time can obtain satisfactory clinical curative effect.
