Objective: To evaluate the effect of different treatment protocols on the prognosis of colorectal cancer with synchronous liver metastasis. Methods: Refer to the relevant literature and data, using the retrospective analysis method, clinical diagnosis of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2010 to December 2014(the discharge diagnosis)in 121 cases of colorectal cancer and liver metastasis. One for the lesions were divided into surgery group 22 cases, chemotherapy group 43 cases,56 cases of combined therapy with surgery based group, follow~up survival, survival curves were analyzed to assess the prognosis of the patients of the 3 groups, and through the long ~ rank test and Cox regression model for single and multi factors the analysis of prognostic factors.Results:(1)The different treatments of survival analysis results: all enrolled 121 patients the median survival was 13 months(3~66),surgery group 10(3~39)months,chemotherapy group 7(3 ~ 36)months,the combined treatment group 18(4~66)months.(2)Comparison of the median survival period of the surgery alone group and chemotherapy group,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;compared with the median survival period of combined treatment group and surgery group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the combined treatment group and chemotherapy group, the median survival time compared with P."0.01,the difference was statistically significant;(3)The 121 cases were enrolled for analysis, univariate survival of15 elements in the basic data showed that the primary tumor invasion, primary tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, vascular invasion, method of treatment, the degree of liver metastasis and number of liver metastases, liver metastasis, diameter liver metastasis resection 9 elements: the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)The 9 factors that influence into the Cox proportional hazards regression model analysis results showed that the degree of lymph node metastasis, liver metastasis, number of livermetastases, liver metastasis, liver metastasis diameter resection and treatment methods 6factors of liver metastasis of colorectal cancer the independent prognostic factor.P is less than 0.01,the difference was statistically significant;the relative risk analysis,in addition to postoperative treatment and resection of liver metastases is favorable factors with the prognosis of patients and the other 4 factors are unfavorable factors,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)In clinical work, the diagnosis and treatment for colorectal cancer and liver metastasis should be carefully determined according to clinical manifestations,in addition to the laboratory examination and imaging examination to accurate and timely diagnosis, and to determine the treatment plan.At present, according to the survey results: conservative treatment(radiotherapy, chemotherapy, radiofrequency)is still the mainstream of patient treatment options, but in clinical work, need to grasp the surgical indications for timely, clear indications for surgery patients, timely surgical treatment,so as not to delay the disease.(2)The combination of multiple methods based on surgery can prolong the survival time of patients with colorectal cancer with liver metastasis.
