Research On The Value Of Serum C1q With The Disease Activity Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To explore the application value of serum C1 q in the disease activity of rheumatoid arthritis.Method Peripheral venous blood of 160 patients of rheumatoid arthritis(110 patients with activity RA,50 patients with remission)to measure the C1 q level,ESR,hs-CRP,RF and CCP.All the analysis were made by SPSS19.0 software.Results The level of C1 q,ESR and hs-CRP of RA activity group were much higher than RA remission,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),meanwhile the level of ESR and hs-CRP were associated with C1 q in RA activity(P>0.05);the positive rate of RF for RA activity group was higher than RA remission,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the positive rate of anti-CCP for RA activity group were not statistically significant(P>0.05),meanwhile the positive of RF were associated with C1q(P<0.05),but CCP were not associated with C1q(P>0.05);C1q,ESR,hs-CRP and RF were associated with DAS28(P<0.05),but anti-CCP was not associated with DAS28(P>0.05).C1 q diagnosis in patients with RA activity area under the ROC curve is0.87,the best cutoff value is 224.5 mg/l,the sensitivity is 0.81,the specificity is 0.80.C1 q diagnosis active RA patients,the sensitivity is 0.71,the specificity is 0.80,Youden index is 50.9,positive likelihood ratio is 3.5,negative likelihood ratio of 0.36.The four indicators combined test of C1 q,ESR,hs-CRP and RF,it is concluded that the sensitivity is 0.87,the specificity is 0.92,right index is 0.90,Kappa value was 0.65.Conclusion C1 q can be used as one of the index for valuing the disease activity of RA,and is associated with disease activity significantly.The four indicators combined detection of C1 q,ESR,hs-CRP and RF have higher value of diagnosis of RA activity than any single indicator.
