Objective:To investigate the correlation between ?2-adrenergicreceptor(ADRB2)gene rs12654718?rs2895795 and rs12654778 gene polymorphisms and refractory asthma.Method: Dec 2015 to Dec 2016,in our hospital diagnosed as bronchial asthma patient and inhaled ?2adrenergic beta-agoniststherapy for half a year, divided into three group:30cases of no control group,30 cases of control group,30 cases of healthy control group,All subject of the three groups were genotyped by Sequenom MassARRAY ? SNP assay and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight(MALDI-TOF)method for three polymorphisms.Result:The rs12654718 Gene loci exist three genotypes:GG/GA/AA.The distribution of the genotype frequency in the three groups have no statistical significance,The distribution of genotype and allele frequency among the three groups there was no statistically significant difference compared(P=0.554/0.297/0.819).The rs2895795 Gene loci exist three genotypes:TT/AT/AA.Site genotype there was no statistically significant difference is compared between three groups.(P=0.105/0.104/0.730);The rs1042718 Site genotype there was no statistically significant difference is compared between three groups.(P=0.105/0.104/0.730).Conclusion:ADRB2 genetic polymorphism was not associated with uncontrolled asthma,This may be related to racial differences, haplotypes.
