Objection: To investigate the relationship between the level of plasma D-two and the clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer, and to analyze the relationship between the level of plasma D-two and the survival time of patients with colon cancer.Methods:Select124cases of colon cancer patients diagnosed in the General Hospital of Xinjiang military region in January 2006-2011 year in December, the general information of patients, and follow-up.The relationship between the level of plasma Dtwo and the clinicopathological characteristics and survival of patients with colon cancer were analyzed by statistical methods. Results: The observation group two D-dimer level is higher than that of control group(P<0.05),lymph node metastasis was two D-dimer level is higher than the group without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),low differentiation group D-two dimer level higher than high differentiation group(P<0.05),stage III and IV patients D-two dimer level higher than that of I,stage II patients(P<0.05),the death group D-two dimer level higher than the survival group(P<0.05),plasma D-two level of D-dimer higher 5 years survival rate is less than two of plasma D-dimer level is low. Conclusion The level of D-two was positively correlated with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of colon cancer, and the clinical significance of the detection of colon cancer was evaluated.
