Objective: To determine the association betweenVPS35 and Xinjiang Uygur and Han people with Parkinson's disease(PD).To determine the known mutation p.D620 N in the Uygur and Han nationality population distribution,from the perspective of molecules to study the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease.Method: the extraction of case group and the control group total genomic DNA,PCR sequencing technique,testing 150 cases of PD patients and 130 healthy controls Asp620 Asn VPS35 gene loci polymorphisms of the genotype and allele frequencies were analyzed,and the use of SPSS statistical analysis software for all data,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results: Selected xinjiang uygur and han sporadic Parkinson's population has not been found VPS35 gene mutations.For the selected Asp620 Asn polymorphism loci,PD group and healthy control group,the genotype and allele frequency distribution has no statistical significance.Conclusion: 1.Our data suggest that vps35 gene Asp620 Asn may not be a pathogenic mutation to PD in Xinjiang Uygur and Han people.2.The rs188286943 is not associated with sporadic PD patients in Xinjiang Uygur and Han people.
