TCM Syndrome Types Of Alzheimer Disease Between Blood Pressure And Hcy Correlation Studies

Objective: to observe the xinjiang region of Alzheimer`s disease syndrome characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,discuss the influence factors and the relationship of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,provide strong evidence for the future clinical diagnosis,treatment,and research.Methods: By using clinical observation table form for 812 patients over the age of 60 MMSE rating scale screening of hospitalized patients between January 2015 and December 2016,the xinjiang autonomous region hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The final screening out of 211 cases of Alzheimer disease patients,according to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine classification,assessment of patients with TCM syndrome types of affiliation,in combination with blood pressure,blood homocysteine test results,after statistical analysis of the results: 211 cases,85cases of male,age 60 to 93 years old,which an average of 78.23 years old.126 cases of female,age 62 to 95,which an average of 76.93.From high to low for TCM syndrome type distribution is: obsessed with the phlegm turbidity resistance syndrome;medullary sea deficiency syndrome;syndrome of blood stasis resistance and the orifices;liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome;the spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.Men and women to see more obsessed with the phlegm turbidity resistance syndrome.Conclusion: Alzheimer disease of TCM syndrome types will be affected by gender,age,and the influence of such factors as statistically significant(P < 0.05).
