Clinical Research Of Recipe Of Promote Coronary Circulation In Treating Elderly Atrial Fibrillation(Stasis Of Heart Vessel Of Syndrome)

Objective:Through clinical research,this study preliminarily evaluated clinical efficacy and safety on recipe of promoting coronary circulation treated stasis of heart vessel of syndrome of elderly atrial fibrillation.Methods:60 cases of elderly patients diagnosed with stasis of heart vessel of syndrome of elderly atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each group 30 cases.Patients in control group were performed oral administration of 3mg warfarin tablets in the morning once per day,and patients in treatment group were performed the same as control group and added promoting coronary circulation recipe for once dose per cay.Before and after treatment,changes in TCM syndrome,saftey and other relevant indexes and clinical hemorrhage events of patients in the two groups were estimated.Results: 1.After a course of treatment,the TCM comprehensive syndrome score in treatment group was lower than in control group.Total effective rate in treatment group was 93.33%,while in control group was 66.67%,with significant difference was tested between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.Statistically significant of TCM syndrome total integral was observed in both group comparing before and after one treatment course(P < 0.01).3.Comparing the two group after after one treatment course,statistically significant of TCM syndrome total integral was observed too(P<0.05).It implied the total effect in treatment group is better in control.4.Comparing the two groups,after one period of treatment,the treatment group in improving the heart palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue symptoms were significantly superior to the control group.(P<0.05).5.Two groups patients after a course of treatment were better than before treatment in prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and international normalized ratio(INR)(P<0.05)and treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05)in aspects of PT and APTT.6.In two groups,no obvious toxic and adverse effect were found and there was no significant difference in blood routine,urine routine,stool for routine and fecal occult blood,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram in the before and after treatment.There was no correlation between atrial fibrillation and thromboembolic events and serious bleeding events in two groups of patients.Conclusion: Recipe of promoting coronary circulation treatment Elderly atrial fibrillation(heart vessel stasis syndrome)has preferable effect and safety,and on toxic and adverse effects were found.
