Compound Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Tic Disorder Evidence Rule And Zhichou Soup Mechanism Research

Chinese Medicine Treatment of Tic Disorder(TD)has its own characteristics and advantages.In order to evaluate the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment on TD,to explore the diagnosis and treatment regularity and the mode of action,this paper has done the relevant research.The full text is divided into two parts.Part 1:By collecting literature,sorting out and exploring the diagnosis and treatment regularity of Compound Traditional Chinese medicine for TD.There are 125 qualified clinical literatures about Chinese Medicine Treatment of Tic Disorder from 2005 to2015.The literature number of year 2015 is the most,(20 articles),2014(18articles),2013(18 articles),2012(15 articles).There are 4 conference papers,35 academic papers,86 journal papers,and a total of 6090 cases of compound Chinese medicine for sample tic disorder with self-control method.Self control experimental method is used in 23 articles,randomized controlled experimental method is used in 84 articles,and non randomized controlled experimental method is used in 18 articles.The compound traditional Chinese medicine adverse reactions or safety of the 15 articles altogether.The results showed that the number of Chinese medicine clinical research on the treatment of TD is increasing year by year.But the scientificity of clinical trials,the credibility of experimental results and the safety of compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicine research should be strengthened and improved.The main problem is:NO 1:clinical trials have failed to follow the random and blind method principles.Among the 84 articles,there are only 30 articles which used the random experimental method,3 papers mentioned the hidden random method,and 2 articles mentioned double blind method.NO 2:the neglect of the untoward effect of Compound Traditional Chinese medicine and the observation of safety evaluation.Among the 125 clinical literatures,there are 66 articles on specific syndromes,and 36 syndromes in total.The first three syndromes are:endogenous liver wind,wind phlegm disturbance(8 articles),spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity(7 articles),hyperactivity of liver type(6 articles).Involving 182 TCMs in total among the 125 clinical literatures,frequency of the TCM which used more than 30 times are:Radix Paeoniae Alba(94 times),Uncaria(86 times),Tianma(56 times),Bombyx batryticatus(51 times),Gancao(50times),Scorpion(39 times),Bile arisaema(39 times),Dragon bone(37 times),Shi Changpu,(36 times),Oyster(33 times),Bupleurum(33 times).By classifying the effect of 82 TCMs,there are 16 categories.The use frequency of the top five are:pingganxifeng drugs(330 times,14 kinds of TCM),Qi medicine(150 times,12 kinds of TCM),blood medicine(136 times,5 kinds of TCM),antipyretic medication(132 times,27 kinds of TCM).Sedative medicine(130 times,16 kinds of TCM),eliminating phlegm and stopping cough medicine(120 times,14 kinds of TCM).182 TCM are classified:the liver(114 times),spleen(67times),kidney(62 times),lung(60 times),heart(56 times).Clustering analysis results of the mainly TCM:C1:Fuling,Nacre Mother of pearl,Polygala,Atractylodes,Angelica,Rehmannia root,Tangerine peel,Cicada;C2:Bile Arisaema,Scorpion,Keel,Oysters,Calamus,Bupleurum,Radix Curcumae;C3:Silkworm,Licorice,Gastrodia elata;C4:Radix Paeoniae Alba,Uncaria.Through the clustering analysis of syndromes and the frequency of TCM using,the TCM efficacy classification,the frequency of medicinal herb’s meridian tropism and mainly TCM,and the main pathogenesis and pathology characteristics are as follows:the pathogenesis of the disease mainly caused by viscera function disorder,the disease location is mainly in the liver,often involving the spleen and kidney.The main pathological features are endogenous liver wind,phlegm heat disturbance.The principle of calming liver wind is the main compatibility law of TCM treatment.Reducing phlegm and relieving uneasiness of mind and body tranquilization is the key to dispense medicines.Liver wind agitation,wind phlegm and Hapatic port of pixu is the most common clinical syndromes in the treatment of liver calming.Uncaria,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Licorice,Silkworm,Scorpion,Bbile Arisaema,Keel,Shichangpu,Bupleurum,Oyster is the most commonly clinical TCMs.Based the results of cluster analysis,4 groups of the medicine can be used as the treatment of tic disorders.Part 2:Observation the traditional Chinese medicine doctor of Yunnan Province,thethird,the fifth batch of old Chinese medicine academic thought tutor Professor Liu Yimin’s treatment of tic disorder Decoction by himself on rat model of TD tic behavior and striatal DA system(DRD1,DRD2,DRD3.DAT,m RNAexpression),to explore the mechanisim of Zhichou soup(10 rats),model group(10rats)and Haloperidol group(18 rats),Zhichou Decoction group(18 rats).Except the blank group,the remaining three were induced by intraperitoneal injection of IDPN appeared to tic model,Zhichou soup and Western medicine control were given intragastric administration of haloperidol treatment for 14 days,model group were given normal saline.To observe the effect of drugs on the tic behavior of TD model rats.After the observation,the rats were killed by rapid decapitation and the bilateral striatum of the brain tissue was removed.Histological observation after using Real-time PCR detection of brain tissue in rat striatum of DRD1.DRD2.DRD3.DAT,m RNA gene expression on level,Experim ental results show that the check;Zhichou soup and Haloperidol can both reduce tic behavior of TD model rats,but compared with Halopeeridol,Zhichou soup can improve the at early interventon mechanism of tic behavior.The mechanism of action of reducing the action of Zhichou soup on reducing rats may be related to the expression of DRD2 and DRD3 in rat striatum.
