Objective:To study the association between rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder and isolitary RSWA with autonomic nerve function, and to evaluate the changes of dynamic cerebral autoregulation in rapid eye movement sleep disorder and isolated RSWA.Methods:In this study,we selected patients from neurological out patients and hospitalizations from February 20 to February 2017 in the First Hospital of Jilin University. They showed "insomnia, dreams, talk in sleep, screams, punching, kicking, flailing about" and loss of the muscle atonia on Video-Polysomnographic,v PSG in patients with RBD diagnosis in 17 cases including: i RBD 6 cases,PD with RBD in 6 cases, probable MSA with RBD 5 cases and 6 cases isolated RSWA patients with loss of the muscle atonia on Video-Polysomnographic,and 6 cases control group patients. The PD-Autonomic scale(SCOPA-AUT)was used to evaluate the autonomic nerve function.TCD was used to synchronize the arterial blood flow velocity and arterial blood pressure for 10 consecutive minutes for 10 minutes. The dynamic cerebral blood was derived by the transfer function analysis method.Flow automatic adjustment of the relevant parameters: gain, phase difference, correlation function, evaluation of RBD and solitary RSWA of cerebral blood flow automatic adjustment function.Results:1.Different groups of subjects SCOPA-AUT scale score results:(1)SCOPA-AUT total score: isolated RSWA group,i RBD group,PD with RBD group, probable MSA with RBD group score(7.33±3.83?17.83±7.94?19.50±5.79?21.40±10.60),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(1.67±0.82)(P <0.05).The total score of the isolated RSWA group was between the control group and the i RBD group. There was no significant difference in the total score between RBD groups(2)SCOPA-AUT each system score: isolated RSWA group,i RBD group,PD with RBD group and probable MSA with RBD group digestive system score(5.00±2.83?6.00±3.16?7.17±2.32?6.40±4.28)higher than the control(0.50(1.00))(P<0.05);i RBD group,PD with RBD group, probable MSA with RBD group of urinary system score(5.67±2.88?7.00±3.58?11.00(9.00))compared with the control group(1.00±0.89)was significantly higher(P <0.05).The isolated RSWA group of urinary system scores were more decreasing than the probable MSA with RBD group. The cardiovascular system score of the i RBD group,PD with RBD group, probable MSA with RBD group(1.83±1.17?2.00(2.00)?4.20±2.05)was significantly higher the control group(0.00(0.00))(P <0.05).The isolated RSWA group compared with the probable MSA with RBD group, the cardiovascular system score decreased significantly.i RBD group,PD with RBD group and probable MSA with RBD group sexual function scores(2.33±2.42?1.80±1.10?4.00±1.83)was higher than the control group(0.00)(P<0.05).Compared with isolated RSWA group, the score of sexual function of probable MSA with RBD group was significantly higher(P <0.05).2.dynamic cerebral autoregulation(1)Phase difference:There was a significant decrease in the left phase difference between the isolated RSWA group,i RBD group,PD with RBD group, probable MSA with RBD(44.63±10.29?37.08±14.5?40.69±11.16?38.72±6.04)and control group(58.26±8.28);i RBD group,PD with RBD group, most likely MSA with RBD right phase difference(36.20±14.89?40.09±12.62?41.34± 8.74)compared with the control group(56.89 ± 3.64)were significantly decreased(P<0.05),among them, the left and right phase difference of the isolated RSWA group were between the control group and the i RBD group.(2)Gain:The right gain of isolated RSWA group and i RBD group(1.24±0.48?1.13±0.20)was significantly higher than that of control group and PD with RBD group(0.74(0.10)?0.76±0.20)(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Isolated RSWA with autonomic dysfunction patients are characterized by digestive system function.2.Idiopathic RBD and secondary RBD with autonomic dysfunction patients are characterized by digestive, urinary, cardiovascular and sexual dysfunction.3.The dynamic cerebral autoregulation disturbance in isolated RSWA,idiopathic RBD and secondary RBD patients.
