The Effect Of Dl-3-n-butylphthalide Injection On VEGF、bFGF Levels In Serum Of Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke

Purpose:Objective to explore the effect of dl-3-n-butylphthalide injection on angiogenesis factor of Vascularendothelial groth factor(VEGF),Brain-derived neural neurotrophic factor(b FGF)levels in serum of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Reveal possible mechanism of dl-3-n-butylphthalide injection for the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 60 patients with ACI were randomly divided into control(30 patients)and treatment groups(30 patients).In the control group,patients received conventional medication:Improve circulation,antiplatelet aggregation and support symptomatic treatment.in the treatment group,patients received NBP on the basis of conventional medication.All of the patients of 1 admission and treatment for 14 days respectively use the NIHSS scaler to measure the neural function defect scale.Serum VEGF 、b FGF levels were analyzed with ABC-ELISA,to examine relevant changes in the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Oberve the score fo NIHSS before and after treatment and the change of the score.Results:Serum VEGF、b FGF levels were significantly higher in both groups of patients after treatment than before,and the increase of the treatment group was significantly higher than it of the control group(P<0.01).1.The serum level of VEGF and b FGF prior to treatment:the treatment group(970.80 ± 243.66ng/L 、 17.83 ± 6.16ng/L),the control group(980.04± 290.66ng/L、19.10± 6.36ng/L)。To compare the treatment group with the control group,it don’t have the statistical significance(P>0.05)。2.The posttreatment serum level of VEGF and b FGF:the treatment group(1149.98 ± 240.62ng/L 、 23.08 ± 4.41ng/L),the control group(1012.74± 303.28ng/L、19.46± 6.32ng/L)。Both of the two group’s serum level of VEGF and b FGF are higher than the prior treatment’s.The increased value of them:the treatment group(179.17 ± 67.85ng/L、5.25 ± 6.56ng/L),the control group(32.70 ± 70.46ng/L、0.36 ± 1.04)ng/L,The increased value of the treatment group are obviously higher than the control group,it do have the statistical significance.(P<0.05)。3.Scores of NIHSS of the two groups Prior to treatment:the treatment group 7.72 ± 3.21、the control group 7.35 ± 3.42,it don’t have the statistical significance(P>0.05)。The posttreatment NIHSS Scores of NIHSS of the two groups:the treatment group 2.17± 2.28、the control group 3.17± 2.42 分(P<0.05)。 Conclusions:1.By threatment of NBP,patients with symptoms improved significantly,and for treatment of acute cerebral infarction,have very good clinical effect.2.dl-3-n-butylphthalide injection can significantly increase VEGF,b FGF levels in serum in patients with ACI,to promote new blood vessel growth.
