ObjectiveThrough the investigation to describe the overall situation of presenteeism,mindfulness and self-efficacy of primary medical staff in the Hanzhong area.This paper analyzes the presenteeism,the level of mindfulness and self-efficacy of the primary medical staff in Hanzhong area on different demographic characteristics,and on the basis of this,the relationship between presenteeism,mindfulness and self-efficacy is explored,and self-efficacy is the mediator variable of mindfulness and presenteeism.According to the research results,we will put forward the feasible strategies to improve the presenteeism of primary medical staff,in order to reduce the incidence of presenteeism of primary medical staff,improve the quality and efficiency of their work,and provide reference for the management of primary medical health.MethodsUsing the multi-stage cluster sampling method,the first stage adopts the convenient sampling method to extract the Nanzheng County as the first-order unit from the 10 counties of Hanzhong City.The second stage is randomly selected from the 18 township hospitals in Nanzheng County.The third stage is the medical staff in the hospital which we selected in second-order units.All the medical staffs we selected as a research object to finish the questionnaire survey.The questionnaires are :The general information questionnaire;The five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire(FFMQ);General Self-Efficacy Scale,the Stanford Presenteeism Scale(SPS-6).Epidata3.1 was used to double the data,and SPSS18.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis,rank sum test,single factor analysis of variance,Spearman correlation analysis,multilayer linear regression analysis,and logistic regression analysis.Results1.The median score of presenteeism in the Hanzhong area was 15,P25 and P75 were 11,22.Sex,age,education,year in work,title,mechanism,post,post staffing,shift down influenced their presenteeism.Among them,female,age 3l ~ 40 years old,secondary education and below,the working period of 6-10 years,intermediate grade,township hospitals,nurses,no shift of medical staff recessive higher scores(P <0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the sex,age,educational level,working life,and job title influenced the presenteeism of primary medical staff.2.The median score of mindfulness of primary medical staff in Hanzhong area was 105,P25 and P75 were 88,126.Sex,age,education,year in work,title,post,shift down influenced their mindfulness.Among them,male,age?30 years old,undergraduate and above,working years in more than 31 years,the title of deputy senior and above,doctors,shift the level of medical staff is higher level of mind.Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the education,post,post staffing,sift down,age,title,and year in work influenced the mindfulness of primary medical staff.3.The median score of self-efficacy of the primary medical staff in Hanzhong area was 25,P25 and P75 were 19.25,30.Sex,age,education,year in work,title,mechanism,post,post staffing and shift down influenced their self-efficacy.The medical staff who are male,age?51 years old,undergraduate and above,working years in more than 31 years,working in the village health room,the title of deputy senior and above,doctors,prepared,shift scoring higher.Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the education,sex,age,mechanism,post staffing,sift down influenced the self-efficacy of primary medical staff.4.There was a significant negative correlation between recessive absenteeism and nonsense level(rs=-0.409),and there was a significant negative correlation between latent absenteeism and self-efficacy(rs=-0.678).There was a significant positive correlation between the level of mind and self-efficacy(rs = 0.584).5.Mediation effect of the results: self-efficacy is mediation variable between mindfulness and presenteeism.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed thatmindfulness was able to explain 20% of presenteeism,?=-0.448(t=-12.033,p<0.001),R2=0.200.Mindfulness was able to explain 37.3% of self-efficacy,?=0.611(t=18.552,p<0.001),R2=0.373.Mindfulness and self-efficacy were able to explain 51.0% of presenteeism.The test coefficients a,b and c were significant,and the test coefficient c 'was not significant,so the self-efficacy was mediation variable between mindfulness and presenteeism.Conclusion1.There are differences in the characteristics of presenteeism,mindfulness and self-efficacy in the basic demographic characteristics of primary medical staff in Hanzhong area.2.There are some correlations between the presenteeism,mindfulness and self-efficacy in primary medical staff in Hanzhong area.There was a significant negative correlation between presenteeism and mindfulness and self-efficacy,and mindfulness was positively correlated with self-efficacy.3.Self-efficacy of primary medical staff in Hanzhong area fully mediated the relationship between mindfulness and presenteeism.
