ObjectiveTo investigate the KHE patients with KMP and glucocorticoid receptor(GRa,GRβ)correlation analysis and the expression of hormone sensitivity.Methods25 cases of KHE with KMP were treated in our hospital from 2013 to 2016 in May.male 9 cases, female 16 cases, with an average age of(2.4±1.5)months.All the patients were selected by standard hormone therapy for 1 weeks, according to the evaluation criteria, divided into steroid sensitive and steroid resistant group.the blood platelet increased, blood coagulation function improved, surgery and anesthesia for tolerance to improve and perfect other operation preparation, surgical treatment, surgical resection of 15 cases of extra healthy tissue as the control group, the surgical removal of tissue were detected by immunohistochemical SP method, comparative analysis of hormone sensitive group, the resistance group and the control group of glucocorticoid receptors(GRa,GRβ)number of positive expression intensity and distribution characteristics.Result1.The expression intensity of GRa in the three groups was not statistically significant. The number of GRa positive cells in the sensitive group was higher than that in the resistant group(P<0.05).2.The expression intensity of GRβ is significantly higher than those in the resistance group in the sensitive group and the control group(P<0.01);the number of GRβ positive cells in the beta sensitive group, the control group, resistance group showed a gradual upward trend, and there was significant(P<0.01).3.The expression of GRa/GRβ was lower than the ratio of the intensity of the resistance group in sensitive group and control group(P<0.01);the number of GRa/GRβ positive cells in the sensitive group and the control group, the resistance group were gradually decreased, and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).conclusion1.The expression of GRa and GRβ in tumor tissues was closely related to GC sensitivity.2.The sensitivity of GC may be related to GRa,but it can not play a leading role in GRβ.3.Increased expression of GRβ may be an important cause of GC resistance, and play a major role in GC sensitivity.4.It is suggested that the increased expression of GRβ may play a negative role in the regulation of GRa,and the imbalance of the expression ratio of GRa and GRβ may be an important cause of GC resistance.
