Background:It is a trend for the world's population aging, people who get hypertension and breast cancer has been increasing year by year. They both has become a global harm to human health of common diseases. The pathogenesis of hypertension has not been found until today.Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor, its pathogenesis is so far no unified point of view so far.Hypertension and breast cancer, now still not clarified.Hypertension associated with breast cancer mechanism also did not get through. Objective: Objective to investigate the correlation between ER,PR,Her-2,P53,Ki67% in immunohistochemical markers of breast cancer patients and hypertension. Methods:From January 2013 to December 2016,800 patients with primary breast cancer were treated with breast surgery in Dalian municipal hospital. There were 304 patients with hypertension among them. All breast cancer patients underwent surgical treatment for breast cancer or preoperative tumor puncture, parallel histopathologic examinations, according to the pathological pathologists report records of patients with immunohistochemical results, grouped by whether patients with hypertension. And made four tables, were analyzed by chi square test,P < 0.05 was statistically significant differences, using the chi square test and Fisher exact probability method of single factor analysis and immunohistochemistry in breast cancer ER,PR,correlation index Her-2,P53,Ki67% and hypertension.Independent risk factors by multiple Logistic regression analysis of patients evaluation of breast cancer immunohistochemical markers of hypertension, all statistical test level is P<0.05,using a two-sided test. Results: The correlation between ER+ and PR+ in the age of the patients with breast cancer,as well as the pathological immunohistochemical indexes and the incidence of hypertension,p<0.01,the difference was statistically significant. There was no correlation between the expression of Her-2,P53,Ki67% and the incidence of hypertension in patients with breast cancer, and there was no significant difference in p>0.05.Multivariate logistic regression study immunohistochemical markers ER and PR analysis of age in breast cancer patients and pathology, there were significant differences in p<0.05,PR in patients with breast cancer and the age ranged from 35 to 50 years old,is an independent risk factor of hypertension.Pathology of patients with breast cancer, immunohistochemical markers in ER and analysis of age more than 50 years of breast cancer patients with hypertension in less than 35 years old,and there was no significant difference of p>0.05 and pathology in patients with breast cancer, immunohistochemical markers in ER and age in less than 35 years, more than 50 of breast cancer patients for the independent risk factors of hypertension.Statistical software selection SPSS17.0.Conclusion: 1.The relationship between ER+ and PR + in patients with breast cancer and age and pathological immunohistochemical indicators.2.Breast cancer patients with PRand age of 35 to 50 years old,is an independent risk factor for hypertension.
