Objective:The aim of this study was to determine differences between the outcomes of treatment using Physiological Anchorage Spee-wire System(PASS)with implant anchorage in high-angle patients.Materials and Methods:Wo chose a female patient from Dalian Ortho Clinic. She is fourteen years old with high angle, convex profile, overbite and overjet. After clinical examination,we had a Differential diagnostic analysis for her. With Extraction Guideline,we extracted her four first premolars and four third molars. We uesd PASS Technique with mini-implant during the treatment. Results:Convex profile was improved after orthodontic treatament.Pre-and posttreatment lateral cephalograms were evaluated.Z angle was from 68.0° to 76.0°,which revealed achieving of the harmonious profile. There was a counterclockwise rotation on mandibular plane. The angle of MP/SN is reduced. The vertical control was improved. Conclusion:We reached a satisfactory result with improved facial profile and vertical control through PASS technology and mini-implant.
