Objective:With the application of Sodium Tanshinon ?A Sulfonate to the patients who completed the resection of liver cancer.we can observe those alterations of blood routine examination, liver function, inflammatory factor,C-Reactive Protein and the influences of heat syndromes of Chinese medicine. While through random contrast in clinical trials,we can identify the treatments and provide foundations with postoperative anti-inflammatory.Methods:60 patients who engaged the resection of liver cancer during Oct 2015 and Jan 2017 in 81 hospital of PL A had been selected,we randomly divide them into experimental group and contrast group(n=30).Contrast group was provide with conventional postoperative treatments such as anti-infection,liver protection, acid suppression, hemostasis and rehydration etc; While based on the conventional treatments, the experimental group applied STS 40mg on the same day of operation(1/day)for a week. Both two groups will be tested in light with blood routine examination[(WBC),(N)],liver function[(TBIL),(DBIL),(ALT),(AST)],inflammatory factor[IL-A),(IL-6),(TNF-a)]and C-Reactive Protein at certain periods like before surgery, first day after surgery, third day after surgery and the seventh day after surgery. We employed the score system of the heat syndromes in Chinese medicine and the treatment would be evaluated for those tested in the first, third and seventh day after the surgery.Data would be analyzed with SPSS 22.0 program. Results:There is no apparent statistical differences in those results recorded before surgery and the first day after it for both groups. Those assessments in WBC,N,CRP and fever effect for two groups reached its peak at the first day after surgery and didn't make any statistical senses, while at the third day after surgery,IL-1 and IL-6 reached the same height. It was until the third day after surgery, the score of experimental group was relatively lower than that of contrast group in WBC,N,IL-1,IL-6 and CRP and showed statistical differences(P<0.05);the data were almost even on the seventh day after surgery. There is no apparent statistical differences in effect of heat syndromes on the third day after surgery while it does make differences on the seventh day after it.Data on liver function and TNF-a for both groups does not make statistical differences in each and every periods(P>0.05).Conclusion:Under the process of applying it on the patients after the resection of liver cancer.STS can effectively reduce WBC,N and CRP in patients and curb the release of inflammatory factors like IL-1,IL-6,thus ease the cascade inflammation reaction. Not only it has significant effect on the heat syndromes of Chinese medicine for postoperative liver cancer, but also it can enhance the positive recovery for resection of liver cancer patients.
