Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of shenmaiqinyi decoction with tonifying qi and yin and clearing heat and promoting diuresis to spleen deficiency and damp-heat syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis,discuss the composition principle and mechanism of action,Further summary and promotion distinguished veteran doctors of tcm's experience for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:The study Brought into 60 cases of patients with spleen deficiency and damp-heat syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis from Outpatient service of professor Shan Zhaowei,and gave treatment with shenmaiqinyi decoction for 6 months.After the treatment,we observe the curative effect of cardinal symptom,gastroscope and pathology.Results:Review of gastroscope and pathology after treatment,24 cured cases from the 60 atrophy patient,the cure rate was 40.0%,and the total effective rate was73.3%;14 cured cases from the 56 intestinal metaplasia patient,the cure rate was 25.0%,and the total effective rate was57.1%..There had 26.1%total effective rate of HP infection,and the total effective rate of erosive gastritis was38.9%,the total effective rate of bile regurgitation was 63.2%?To compare the curative effect of TCM syndrome,Clinical cure 0 patients,10 patients were remarkable effective,43 patients were effective,7 patients were noneffective,and there had 88.3%total effective rate?Conclusion:The shenmaiqinyi decoction with tonifying qi and yin and clearing heat and promoting diuresis had good curative effect to chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and damp-heat syndrome,and Obviously improved the endoscopy results and clinical symptoms.
