Background:Colorectal carcinoma is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumors, and its incidence is increasing in China. The level of comprehensive prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer has improved in recent years, but it is unbalance. The domestic average 5-year survival rate is still around 27%,and 30-40%of patients die from recurrence and metastasis. The result is still not very ideal. Objectives:To study the correlation between lipid metabolism and colorectal neoplasms,it may be of great value to improve the early diagnosis and treatment of colorectal tumors. It is able to intervene in the prevention and formation of colorectal neoplasms and provide more treatment for prognosis.Method:1.To retrospective analysis of differences of serum lipid between colorectal cancer group, colorectal adenoma group, and the control group.2.To analysis the difference of FABP4 and serum lipid between colorectal cancer group, colorectal adenoma group and control group,Results:1.Retrospective analysis:Compared with the control group, levels of ApoAI between colorectal cancer group and colorectal adenoma group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The level of Lp(a)of colorectal cancer was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The level of HDL-C of colorectal adenoma was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in FABP4 level between the three groups(P>0.05).The levels of ApoAI and LDL-C in tumor groups were lower than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of Lp(a)of colorectal cancer was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of ApoAI in patients with colorectal neoplasms were significantly different from those in the control group. The levels of Lp(a)in colorectal cancer patients were significantly different from those in the control group, which indicated the association between the expression of ApoAI,Lp(a)and the occurrence and development of tumors. For the future prevention, treatment and diagnosis of colorectal cancer,it provides a new direction and help.
