The Curative Effect Observation Of Plasma Cell Mastitis In Treatment Of Integrated Traditional And Western Medicine

Background:Plasma cell mastitis is a kind of chronic and non-infections inflammation in breast,patients in recent years gradually increased,but the clinical practice of lack of good curative effect and less injury and treatment methods for the treatment of short time.Objective:Comparing surgery combined with oral medicine is relatively single surgery in patients with postoperative breast pain,shape change and difference of the impact of psychological mood,sums up the advantages of combination therapy.Experimental design:Adopt random parallel controlled trial.Cases of source:Breast Surgery of the Third Hospital of Nantong City.Methods:Choose 2015.01.01 breast surgery-the research 2016.11.30 hospitalized patients,a total of 40 cases,for the mass period of plasma cell mastitis patients.With the method of random parallel control to 40 patients were divided into two groups:treatment group(20 cases surgery plus oral medicine),the control group(only to surgery)20 cases.Two groups of patients were known specific treatment plan,and sign the informed consent to treatment.Observe two groups of patients have pain and emotional aspects of 21 days without improvement,the change of the breast shape,at the same time in a month,three months and six months on a visit to patient assessment.Results:40 patients were all cured,treatment group on improvements in mood and pain relief and in the control group,the breast shape changes and postoperative recurrence rate index significantly lower than the control group,compare the differences statistically.Conclusion:Plasma cells sexual mastitis relatively simple surgery,surgery plus oral medicine can obviously reduce pain in patients with symptoms,improve the anxiety,reduce the change of the breast shape,reduce the postoperative recurrence rate,prolonged postoperative recurrence.
