Objective:Through the epidemiological investigation and analysis inductive acute coronary syndrome of syndrome distribution law and related factors,to further explore the disease etiology machine and the development of rules, guidance for clinical treatment of acute coronary syndrome. Methods:Collection of 96 cases of acute coronary syndrome in patients with ACS were collected, according to the four diagnostic information of TCM syndrome differentiation, the establishment of a database, using statistical methods, summary of acute coronary syndrome distribution of syndromes in patients with ACS,and analyze the correlation between multiple factors and.Results:1 ACS patients with blood circulation reconstruction treatment to 65?74 years old age group up to,accounting for the study of medical records of 34.3%.2.Each age group patients blood transport reconstruction before to qi stagnation syndrome is the most common and secondly of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Each age group and card were in blood stasis syndrome most common, followed by and phlegm turbid syndrome.3.Patients with male master card to qi stagnation syndrome is the most common, secondly for phlegm syndrome,Qi deficiency syndrome;female patients of card also to qi stagnation syndrome most common.Secondly, blood stasis syndrome,Qi deficiency syndrome.4.The main symptom is Smokers to qi stagnation, secondly for phlegm syndrome.Drinkers master card to qi stagnation syndrome is the most common, followed by qi deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome.5 each age group of patients after revascularization were the most common Qi deficiency syndrome,in which more than 75 years old age group of patients with syndrome of deficiency of vital energy increased the most significantly,an increase of up to 82.4%,followed by 55 to 64 age group,an increase of 62.5%.6 In each age group, the blood supply and blood stasis syndrome were changed, and blood stasis was significantly decreased, while the deficiency of yin and yin deficiency were significantly increased.7 Qi deficiency syndrome in patients with three or more stents in the proportion of patients with the highest, accounting for 83.3%.Conclusion:The results of the study show that before and after revascularization, all age groups, the ACS patients with TCM main symptoms and syndromes are changed, the blood supply reconstruction before operation to qi stagnation syndrome is the most common, after revascularization in blood stasis syndrome of rare, prompt blood supply reconstruction effect in patients with TCM syndrome change,Chinese medicine treatment should be implemented on postoperative again differentiation diagnosis based on.
