Observation On Clinical Effect Of Treating Functional Diarrhea Of The Spleen Deficient And Dampness Syndrome By Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction

Objective:In order to observe clinical efficacy in treating functional diarrhea of the spleen deficient and dampness syndrome by xiangsha liujunzi decoction.Methods:In Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province,Sixty patients of functional diarrhea(The Spleen Deficient and Dampness Syndrome)were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was given Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,the control group was given two live combined Bacillus subtilis Enterococcus bacteria.After eight weeks,The changes of their TCM symptoms before and after the treatment were observed,including the main symptoms and the secondary symptoms,calculate each symptom score,total scores of the all symptoms and the establishment of a database,using SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software to evaluate the condition improvement comparing two groups of treatment course(8 weeks).Results:After treatment,main symptoms of stool frequency and stool shape,comparing in the group,two groups showed that the two groups were effective(P<0.05).Comparing between the two groups,the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of two groups,secondary symptoms of anorexia,nausea,abdominal distension,lassitude,bowel sound,the two groups were effective(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,secondary symptoms of anorexia,nausea,abdominal distension,the curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Secondary symptoms of lassitude,bowel sound,the efficacy of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 90%in the treatment group and 83.3%in the control group.the overall efficiency of the two groups has a significant difference(P<0.05).Statistics show that the treatment of functional diarrhea(the spleen deficient and dampness syndrome),the two groups were effective,but the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of xiangsha liujunzi decoction in treating functional diarrhea(the spleen deficient and dampness syndrome)can obviously relieve symptoms.
