Breast disease is a common disease and one of the main diseases of women's physical and mental health hazards among women,especially breast cancer,having been ranked first in female cancer worldwide.The death of women reached more than 500000 and the new cases is even more than one million.According to the survey,in recent years,the incidence of female breast cancer in China has continued to rise.About 249,000 new cases of female breast cancer were diagnosed in China in 2011.However,the number is about 320000 in 2015.Breast is not only a part of the body,but also a reflection of beauty and an important organ for breeding the next generation.Protecting the safety of breast has become a major public health problem.Breast cancer etiology is still not clear,so the most effective way is to carry out breast screening in the current.But now there are still many women who are conservative for the breast,lack of awareness of breast diseases,or busy work and far away from the hospital,could not to do breast self-examination and timely screening,which results in the shocking tragedy.Aiming at this situation,this paper designed a smart bra multipoint temperature monitoring system based on MSP430F5529 microcontroller as the core processor,NTC thermistor for sensing element,Bluetooth as wireless transmission module and mobile phone or the computer PC as display device,which can realize the real-time monitoring of the surface temperature of breast,help female users to make self-screening and provide them reference data to know own breast health status clearly;At the same time,it can also provide a reliable basis for clinical medical and medical research.The system is composed of temperature acquisition module,data processing module,wireless communication module and data receiving module.The temperature acquisition module adopts 8 road's NTC thermistor and 0.1%high precision resistor to convert temperature signal to voltage signal;The processing module uses A/D to convert digital to analog signal with the median and arithmetic mean filtering algorithm to extract temperature data;Wireless communication module uses Bluetooth technology as the wireless transmitting device;GUI interface is designed in data receiving module using VC++.Meanwhile,the characteristic of thermistor is studied and the corresponding point of temperature and resistance of thermistor is calibrated.The least square method is used to calculate the resistance temperature curve through MATLAB.In addition,the system carries on the PCB drawing,making the actual product with the application test.
