ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of the urinary kallidinogenase combined with defibrase on the nerve function defect and plasma fibrinogen in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods67 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2016,33 cases in the control group,34 cases in the observation group, the control group was treated with the urinary kallidinogenase treatment, the observation group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase combined with defibrase. The nerve function defect(NIHSS)score, plasma fibrinogen level were observed and compared before and after treatment in two groups, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate of two groups were observed and compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group(94.12%)was higher than that of the control group(72.73%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);1 weeks,2 weeks and 1 months after treatment, the NIHSS score and plasma fibrinogen level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).ConclusionThe curative effect of urinary kallidinogenase combined with defibrase in treating acute cerebral infarction is significant, which can effectively improve the plasma fibrinogen level and neural function defect degree, high safety.
