The Study On The Characteristics Of Distributions Of Physical Type Of Chinese Medicine In The Patients With Allergic Diseases

Objective:Through the investigation of physical type of patients with allergic diseases,analyze the characteristics of distributions of physical type of patients with allergic diseases,on the one hand,provide some references for the clinical treatment of allergic diseases,on the other hand,provide theoretical basis for early prevention of children allergic disease with consititution theory in trational Chinese Medicine.Method:Patients treated in pediatric outpatient department of Cuangdong Province hospital in May 2016-February 2017 were invesigated by using the questionnaire based on standard of classification and determination of constitution in TCM.And set up the database,using SPSS17.0 statistical software package for statistical analysis.The measurement data with the mean standard deviation of that counting data to calculate the proportion and rate comparison between groups using chi square test or exact method.Results:1.In this study,140 children with allergic diseases were investigated,including 49 cases(35.0%)of rhinitis,41 cases(29.3%)of eczema,32 cases(22.9%)of asthma,11 cases(7.9%)with allergic rhinitis and eczema,5 cases(3.6%)With allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma,2 cases(1.4%)with eczema and bronchial asthma.2.The distributions of physical type of respondents:10 cases(7.1%)had normal type of constitution,130 cases(92.9%)were biased constitution(abnormal).The frequency of biased constitution types from high to low is:qi deficiency type(39 cases)?phlegm dampness type(31 cases)?dampness heat type(20 cases)?yang deficiency type(19 cases)?ying deficiency type(17 cases)?qi stagbation type(4 cases).3.The distribution of physical types in allergic rhinitis,eczema and bronchial asthma was statistically significant(P<0.05).Allergic rhinitis constitution type was mainly composed of qi deficiency type and ying deficiency type,accounting for 29.2%and 23.1%;Eczema constitution type was mainly composed of phlegm dampness type and dampness heat type,accounting for 29.6%and 27.8%;Asthma constitution type was mainly composed of qi deficiency type and phlegm dampness type,accounting for 35.90%and 28.2%.4.The physical types in gender,family history of allergic disease,dietary habits,personality traits have statistical significance(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference distribution in all ages.Male children were positively correlated with qi deficiency(34.5%),female children with a high proportion of phlegm dampness(33.9%).The children With family history of allergy were correlated with qi deficiency and yang deficiency,the children with no family history of allergy were correlated with qi deficiency and phlegm dampness.The children in quiet introverted were positively correlated with phlegm dampness,The children in the personality of bright and active were positively correlated with dampness heat type and ying deficiency type.Conclusion:1.Patients with allergic diseases have significant constitutional tendency,biased physical type is the main physical type.2.Different allergic diseases have different physical types tendencies.Allergic rhinitis in children with qi deficiency type,yin deficiency type are more common;eczema children with phlegm dampness type?dampness heat type are more common;Asthma in children with qi deficiency type?phlegm dampness type are more common.3.The distribution of physical types in gender,family history of allergic disease,dietary habits,personality traits are differrnce.Indicated that the physical types on the one hand influenced by innate factors with relative stability,at the same time affcted by the acquired factors with adjustable.4.Through the study,the ayguing syndrome should be combined with arguing constitution,we shoule keep the principal pathogenesis of Spleen deficiency,after these,we can improve the curative effect,and reduce the recurrences.
