Treatment Of Varicocele Sterility With Danhong Tongjing Formula And Its Effect On Semem Quality And Expressions Of HIF-1a

ObjectivesTo observe Chinese medicine"DanHong Tongjing Formula"intervention of varicocele in infertile patients with clinical symptoms,semen quality changes and expression of HIF-la,and compared with the surgical group.Methods60 patients with varicocele sterility(Syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis)patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 30 patients,TCM group DanHong Tongjing Formula in the surgical group low ligation of spermatic vein under the microscope.Observation points of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,sperm concentration,total energy and forward movement of sperm sperm rate(a+b level),sperm hypoosmotic swelling rate,acrosomal enzymes,serum and seminal plasma HIF-la.Results1.Treatment of two groups of Chinese medicine after syndrome score were significantly lower than before treatment,there was a significant difference within the Group(P<0.01),compared with significant differences between the groups after treatment(P<0.05).2.Efficacy of TCM syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine 89.29%total effective rate,total effective rate of operation 68.97%,two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).3.The comparison group before and after treatment,sperm concentration,sperm total energy and forward movement of sperm,and acrosomal enzymes,has a very significant difference(P<0.01);sperm hypoosmotic swelling rate TCM group has a significant difference(P<0.05);surgery group has a very significant difference(P<0.01);seminal plasma HIF-la value compared,has a very significant difference(P<0.01);serum HIF-la value compared,no significant difference(P>0.05).4.Comparison between treatment groups,sperm hypoosmotic swelling rate with significant differences(P<0.05);sperm concentration,sperm total energy and forward movement of sperm,and acrosomal enzymes,seminal plasma HIF-la and semen HIF-1a value,no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion1.DanHong Tongjing Formula and ligation of internal spermatic vein under the microscope can improve patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome VC infertility sperm concentration,total energy and forward movement of sperm sperm rate,improve tsperm hypoosmotic swelling rate and acrosomal enzymes.2.DanHong Tongjing Formula in improving the deficiency of qi and blood stasis in patients with infertility sperm concentration,total energy and forward movement of sperm sperm rate,improving on the acrosomal enzymes,advantage compared with ligation of internal spermatic vein under the microscope,but in terms of improving sperm hypoosmotic swelling rate,ligation of internal spermatic vein under the microscope is more advantage.3.DanHong Tongjing Formula and ligation of internal spermatic vein under the microscope can reduce the VC of Qi-deficiency and blood stasis in seminal plasma HIF-la patients with infertility,its mechanism may be related to improve the State of hypoxia in the reproductive system.4.DanHong Tongjing Formula and ligation of internal spermatic vein under the microscope can reduce the Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome VC clinical symptoms in patients with infertility and combined with TCM symptoms significantly,but DanHong Tongjing Formula is more advantage.
