With the development of cognitive neuroscience,electroencephalogram(EEG)has become an important scientific research method and has been widely used in many disciplines.EEG can directly reflect the electrical activity of brain and has high time resolution.Therefore,EEG has attracted more and more attentions from researchers and became a mature means of cognitive neuroscience.In this study,we focus on inferencing product images by EEG technology.We quantify the consumers' perceptual cognition of products through EEG data,study the relationship between EEG signals and product images during consumers' cognitive process,and establish an inference model based on the relationship.This research takes droplights as the research samples and divides the droplights into three groups of experiments.The first experiment is mainly about product image space.In this experiment,we built the image space of the droplight by image semantic evaluation,and determined the samples' distribution in the image space,which can setup an image data base for subsequent EEG experiments.The second experiment is an image-semantic mapping experiment.Through the EEG experiment,we recorded the user's feedback during the image recognition process,observed the difference of brain distribution,power spectrum and the ERP components among different images in decoding and mapping stage,and studied the mapping relationship between image and EEG signal from the neural processing mechanism.Based on the results of the second experiment's analysis,the product image inference model is established.The third experiment is an image reasoning experiment,which is aimed to verify the inference model.The results show that the value obtained by inference model and the value obtained by image semantic evaluation has a certain similarity,which shows the reliability of the inference model.This study combines EEG experiment and fuzzy evaluation to inference product image,and thus can provide an objective electrophysiological basis for the perceptual knowledge of product.Moreover,the study provides theoretical support for the future image acquisition,which has a certain application prospect.
